    I have been caring for my husband ***** for 7 months, he had Cellittis, then he healed, 5 hospitals, home health, many times i felt like i was have a heart attack, no sleep cause he calls me during the night, shaved, changed cloths, cleaned, feed, then i go to er, because he popped his pants and he would not stand long enough to let me clean him, i became very upset called several places for help, then i called for an ambulance, now if i didn't care why would i bother, ER DR. accuse me of negligent which is a joke, never ask me, made my ex son in law power over all medical. omg, what!!!!! because he had bed sores of course after sitting for a month your going to get sore butt. i tried to get him to stand but he would say i cant, that ER Dr is wrong, i have plenty of witnesses that can verify. including therapist from home health, i am 73 yrs old and my life has been ****, so, that dirty filthy dr sends my husband to a facility and will not tell me where, now ***** is have seizers over me not being here, all that **** dr did was cause stress, i'll be calling WMC administrator, nurses treating me horrible, think they are God, that Dr need fired, tell me how do you make a person the sergeant that has not seen ***** in months and i'm here busting my back? wrong.

    ER intake is atrocious! Receptionist should be trained in empathy! I understand there are those who seek pain meds, but all they have to do is type in a name to the OAARS! There is zero triage, although that is advertised. It is absolutely 1st come, 1st served...no matter what the issue. I received eye rolls, sighs, and rude direction to "sit down and wait your turn". While I was crying in pain, vomiting from the same, and having intestinal issues. All conveyed to the receptionist. The level of uncaring is horrendous!
