      On July 17, 2023 I paid our deposit for the installation of an air conditioning system by check in person. At the time, I was told that I would be contacted "in a couple of weeks" to schedule the installation. After hearing nothing, I reached out to the office by phone on August 7th. A message was taken, and I never received a call back. I called again on August 10th. The woman who answered the phone checked with someone and told me that the installation would happen 'in a couple of weeks." After not hearing anything for more than three weeks, I called numerous times until early October. Each time I either was transferred to leave a message for John or a message was taken by the woman who answered the phone. I never received a call back. I placed a negative review on Facebook in late September. I received a phone call later that day to schedule the installation. It was scheduled for the first week of October. No one showed up either day or communicated with us. After a few unreturned messages, I finally talked to John on October 30th. He said that he would send a check to refund my deposit. I called every couple of weeks to check on it, and have just been able to leave messages with the person who answers the phone. In late January, the woman who answered the phone called John on another line while I was on hold, and John said that he would be sending the check on February 1st. It is now February 21st, and I still have not received it. I have called and left multiple messages with the woman who answers the phone.

      This customer has been fully refunded. Our contract states that deposits are NON-refundable. The customer cancelled the job. We refunded them in full.

      purchased ***** furnance in Oct/Nov of 2017 for $4363.82 installed. Ceck # **** 10/23/2017 for $2000.00 and check # **** for 2363.82. I Have had yearly maintance checked by Advanced Thermal Solutions and I believe at lest 3 warrenty repairs up until now. Was called to repair furnance that wasn't working around 2 of january 2023, first tech got it running but it quit shortly after he left. The next tech, Chris, got the furnace to work, but he siad it was temporary, He replaced the thermostat, and said he would have to order parts. He sent a voice mail later saying he was checking on warranty replacement. A few days later the company called to say it was under warranty and parts were ordered. Should be in middle to end of month. this went on into Febuary middle to end of month. It was to come from the factory, due to supplier didn't have the parts needed. Its is now about the middle of March and no Furnance! If not for pellet stove I wouldn't have any Heat. Both my wife and Myself Being on medication and 72 years of age need a better outcome.
