      On June 3rd I accepted a bid to replace my condenser and coil. I foolishly paid for the entire job up front. After 9 days passed with no attempt by them to contact us my wife and I began calling to try to pin down an installation date. Between us we made 5 calls, all with the same result. The receptionist says she will have the owner call us but no calls were ever returned. On August 6th my wife told the receptionist (politely) that since we both work and one of us would have to schedule a day off for the installation, if we were not assigned a date by that Friday we wanted our funds returned. The following Tuesday the receptionist called and said install would happen on August 28th. No call-no show. I started calling at 10:00am in a somewhat disagreeable mood as I had taken the entire day off work. No calls were returned. That afternoon my wife called the receptionist and said we were done messing with them and we wanted our funds returned. Thirty minutes later the owner called. This is the first time I had spoken to him since June 3rd. He offered me a discount and said he wanted to make it right. I told hime the only way to make it right was to return my funds in an expedient manner. He agreed but I am not holding my breath.
