On 2-1-23 we purchased a vacuum/air cleaner from Vacuity Tech Corp for $3195.00, The sales persons (Karonica Bestan and ****************?) came to our house and demonstrated how it worked. The first few times we used it it preformed okay, then the roller brushes in the Turbine-driven Powerhead started locking up and it was useless. We have never been able to vacuum since. Our calls to the phone # provided on the sales papers have received nothing but excuses. We have asked for a repair or replacement of that part and were first told they were waiting for parts because of covid delay. Then assured the message would be passed on and we would hear from someone. After several calls, I feel we were scammed in our purchase and will never get it fixed. Am unable to make a copy of the sales contract as the writing is too pale to print on my printer, but could mail you the original if needed. The phone # I have are ************ for servicing....Greg's # ************, Karonica#************, and ********************* #************.

The sales person (***** phone nu.************ ) came door to door selling a new Aqua Nano vacuum (better than a Rainbow he claimed) we were promised 24 months interest free finance from his supervisor per a conference call with (Monay ************ ) but wrote the contract to say 12 months interest free then refinance for another 12. The power head seized up in the first week. We called tech support left a message and waited a week, called ***** the sales person and his supervisor before we could get the power head replaced. (about 2 weeks) along with the attaching hose that would not seal and sucked air continuously . Two days later the new power head seized, called ***** he brought us another power head and another hose. He said we would have to take a file to the fins on the power head to make them bigger in order to stop this from happening, but we refused to do this. Again the same week it broke again. We called ***** and told her what was going on and the product does not work and she said we had 3 days from the purchase date to ask for a refund. We tried calling ***** but he never called back and kept calling Tech support. At that point another person was sent out (********************* phone nu.************ ) he said he was the fixer guy and could solve the problem. We showed him what was going on with the product and after he tried to make the product work and could not. He said it was underpowered and would not work for us and he would replace it with a more powerful product. He also stated the power head and hose always have problems and they are aware of it. About 2 weeks later he showed up with another vacuum called Pro Aqua he said he took it in on trade and they don't sell it anymore, but has the same warranty ,but because they don't sell this vacuum it will be hard to find replacement parts . When he left he took the old unit with him he left no warranty update, and the contract is for the Aqua Nano not the Pro Aqua. We checked their website and found no mention they ever sold the Pro Aqua. it is used and (worth about $500.00) you can buy the Pro Aqua for $1600.00 new online and we are paying $3500.00 for a product we don't have. We fill like this is a bait and switch.

On 2/24/23 a sales person came to my house from Vacuity Tech Corp, knowing what I know now I wish I hadn't answered the door. Unfortunately I let her in to demonstrate her air filtration/vacuum it was pretty convincing the way she did it to make you think the product was a miracle air filter and vacuum I should have been paying more attention when she put what she said was lemon sent into the clean water I didn't think at the time that she put something to make it seem as if the machine pulled all that stuff out of the air in about 60 seconds Unfortunately I bought into the scam and bought the thing from her so I tried it myself for the recommended 20 minutes and did the same thing she did and compared the water in the in the machine to a cup of clean water and there was no difference it was obvious that when she put the drops it was stuff that changed the clean water to a grayish water with dirt particles in it. And so I decided to try the vacuum cleaner and it sprayed water all over my floor so I immediately called her to inform her that the machine she sold me was not working right she told me not to worry get me new parts I asked how long it would take she said that she had wait until they came in that and she would ship them out to me well I never got them but I also informed her that she could come back pick it up if it didn't function properly and cancel the deal. After about 7 days I never got anything so I told her to forget the deal and come and pick it up and got no response from her so sent the information to her manager and she called me right back and told me that I should have read the contract and I couldn't return or cancel the deal and then she got very rude and it is to late to cancel the deal. so I shipped it back to her but 1 month later I got a call from the *** store that the package was refused by Vacuity Tech Corp. Who ever reads this review beware it's a very bad deal and a piece of junk!!!

On 2/24/23 *************************** purchased a Nano system.  Nine days after, On 3/4/23 **** contacted Vacuity regarding an issue with the machine.  We explained he was within his warranty and offered a replacement.   **** declined the offer.  On 3/6/23 **** called to return the product.  We explained that **** financed the Nano on 2/24/23 and per the contract he had 72 hours to cancel.  On the contract it states that the machine could be retuned up until midnight of 2/28/23.   Legally we cannot take the property as it belongs to ******************** (the finance company).  We could only service/replace the product.  So we referred **** to the owner of the contract, ********************.

We purchased a Aqua Nano Vacuum cleaner/air purifier on January 11, 2023. Less than two weeks later while vacuuming the metal extension wand kept coming out of the Turbine Powerhead, vacuum head. Tried to get it to stay attached to the power head with NO success. We contacted the sales person, *****, right away and told him about it and that was on January 20, 2023. ******* reply was to place Duct Tape around the end of the wand until he could get us another wand. After numerous phone calls to Vacuity Tech they have not solved the problem. People we have talked to have said numerous times that they would send us a new wand, and as of todays date, March 27, 2023 all we have gotten is talk and NO new wand. We are very tried of being given the run around and being lied to, all we WANT is the replacement metal extension wand. Why would anyone buy a new piece of expensive equipment just to have it fall apart in less than 2 weeks and be told to use Duct Tape to ******************.

I, ***************************** am filling this out for my father, ***************************. On 2/7/23, two salespeople talked their way into my 92 year old father's house and pressured him to purchase an obviously low-quality vacuum cleaner that he cannot even put into operation because he cannot remove the canister. This should have been obvious when they were there. When I learned about this I contacted the company 3 times - I talked to *********************, lead manager and he agreed that a refund should come and said finance would call. They didn't . A third call to ***** resulted in him referring me to the executive officer. He didn't return my message. I'd like to think these people are doing their best, but it should have been obvious that my father was an easy target for an expensive sale that never should have been made. In the meantime, that vacuum hasn't been used (again, even if he wanted to use it, he couldn't) and medical bills are mounting. My father is a US Marine Veteran of the Korean War. I'm checking the veteran box on his behalf. I am not one. Thank you for your consideration.

We understand the concerns.  To rectify the situation a refund is in process along with a pick-up time and date to retrieve the product.
