Never returned my money. I decided less than 24 hours after purchase that I did not want the vacuum. Their policy on the receipt says you have 3 days to change your mind and to return it to their business address or fax it. My fax failed as there is no fax machine turned on at their end & the business address is an apartment complex. After many phone calls they came & picked up the ************** want to give me a receipt for the return but finally I got them to write down the pickup info on a copy of the ************** insisted they had to take my original receipt away from me. Then they said it would be 5 - 10 business days to get credit back on my card. It has been 16 business days since I let them know I dont want it and 13 business days since they picked up the vacuum. My credit card company says no one even tried to issue a credit. So I have a $500 credit card charge & no vacuum. Tried to find them on ****** Secretary of ************ where I live and there is no registry for Vacuity. The credit card charge shows as Mountain Aire and that is not registered in ****** nor is their supposedly original name of Aqua King. Very hard to find any info on this company so seems shady and also basically stole the vacuum since they came and got it and didnt refund my money so Im having to go through claim process with my credit card company.

Yesterday 1/9/2023 two employees from Vacuity Tech Corp appeared at my Mom and Step-Dad's home. My mom told her husband that he needed to answer the door. He did and the first thing out of one of the ladies mouth was "We are not here to sell you anything." So he lets them in and they talk for quite a while. At this point my mom has closed herself in the bedroom because she doesn't want to hear anything they have to say. When all is said and done, he had purchased a $300 vacuum cleaner. This morning, 1/10/2023, my Step Dad called back to cancel his order for the vacuum cleaner. A couple of hours later the two ladies from the previous day showed up at the door again supposedly to deliver him an air purifier. He let them in and they sold him the air purifier for $100.My pure and honest feeling is that they are praying on elderly people. Knowing that the elderly typically have a hard time saying no to sales people, especially when they are in their home.I am not saying that my step dad was afraid for his safety, but he was intensly pressured on both of these occations and I truely believe that this is elder abuse. If I could, I would give them zero stars.
