I love this software!!! I not good with computers, but have been able to understand do my job. The customer service is outstanding. Training and updates easy to lean and timely.

I have enjoyed using Mytaxprepoffice and have used it now for about 8 years. I previously used ******. Mytaxprepoffice pricing and features were more cost effective for my small tax practice. I have had very few problems. I would recommend it.MyTAXPrepOffice

Tax software has been great to use with few issues. On some foreign corporate reporting I encountered several issues, but the customer services and issue resolution was quick to fix the matter. Customer serive is OUTSTANDING!MyTAXPrepOffice

Well this software impressed me when I saw a demo of it from the website training videos. Then after the sales representative showed me what it had to offer, I decided to purchase not one year, but two years of the software. I also recommended a few friends to the software. I love the software, and the layout. It took a few months to get use to it coming from another software company, but it was a great learning experience. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an all-in-one tax package for a great price.MyTAXPrepOffice

I used to use *** software which is desktop based software and much more expensive than My Tax prep. I was hesitant at first to use a cloud based software, but I have found that My Tax prep office is not only much more affordable but easy to use, the fact that you can be at a clients office cleaning their books then immediately jump into preparing the return is so convenient. I have been with My Tax Prep Office now for 5 years. There was a glitch in 2022 filing year with the K1 import but I am sure it is resolved now, however knowing your clients and income it was easily fixed. I would and have recommended My Tax Prep software as a great product and easy to use. I will never go back to my old expensive software! Helen M.MyTAXPrepOffice

Overall, I am very satisfied with the software. I like that it support several tax returns including for nonprofit organizations. The interface is friendly and very easy to use. I also appreciate that the software tells you clearly whenever a return is rejected and the reason why.MyTAXPrepOffice
