I just bought mytaxprepoffice and had one on one training with Alex. He is a great trainer and responded to all our quarries up to our satisfaction. Still need to prepare tax return on this software. At first site the software looks better then what we were used to.MyTAXPrepOffice

I just wanted to make note of a very pleasant experience I had over the past 2 days with my 1 on 1 trainer (Alex), in which he spent several hours on the phone with me showing and explaining to me the entire My TaxPrep Office program. I have been with the same tax program company now for over 30 years (ATX) and I was looking for another company due to some price and support issues that I experienced recently. I had looked at a few companies prior to My TaxPrep Office encounter, however I was not pleased with the support people or the program itself. Thanks to Alex the tech support person from My TaxPrep Office, I felt very comfortable changing and looking forward to using the software in the upcoming tax season.MyTAXPrepOffice
