    My husband and I contracted with this company to build my mother's garage. She has asked that my husband and I take care of this for her due to hearing and health issues.

    We have been speaking with Joe at this company.

    Joe contracted with CTW Electric to do the electrical for this project. They spent one full day on this job on 4/19/2024. They drilled 15 holes in her walls, one is to the exterior. This has exposed her home to the elements. They also neglected to connect her heater to the electrical. We called Joe, no response. We found the electric company name and they at least responded that night and fixed that one issue.

    CTW was scheduled to finish the job on 5/7/2024 but never showed up or called. This is not the first time they have missed an appointment without notification. They always say they were on an emergency (which evidently prohibits them from calling people they had appointments scheduled with). Joe has not reached out to reschedule or to schedule the drywall. We do not believe that he will get this completed in a timely manner as he has ignored multiple questions we have asked since then.

    Joe previously stated that the drywall could not be done until the electric was finished. I'm pretty sure they are done on the inside of the home and the holes they've made can be fixed sooner rather than later. The longer they wait the longer the home is exposed.

    We are asking for the job to be completed ASAP as my mother is elderly and in failing health. She does not need the outside coming in.

    The homeowners son was notified about the electricians emergency, they were told that a lady's power went out and she is on oxygen and without power she could die without her oxygen.  The homeowners son stated he didn't care about that lady or her situation and that the electricians need to be at his moms house.  The lady could have died and he didn't care.

    He is always rude, condescending, talks down, calls people names, and threatens all of the crews, workers, subs, and employees.  It was hard to keep people working on this job because of him.  They didn't want to go over there to be treated like garbage.  The drywall couldn't get done until all the electrical was installed.  They had to drill holes to pull wires and until that was completed the drywall patches couldn't get done.  The job took longer because we had to remove all of the son's hazardous materials from the garage that he stated he would have removed and trying to keep people working there.  As soon as the electricians were done, the drywall was completed in a timely matter and the job was finished.
