    we currently have the same empierce. i hired him in september 2023 and it is now may and my garage is till not completed his excuse is weather permitting. there has been tons of nice days to complete this project. he responds to texts and is rude . i would not recommend them to anyone!!!!!

    The contract was signed in September, knowing the job would start in Spring. The weather has not been decent between snow and the wind. We were also waiting on them to get us color code choices, and them changing and adding things outside the contract, which has made the job take longer. We have told them numerous times you cannot paint in the wind

    Called this guy after seeing his add in a magazine. I had to leave a message as he didnt answer. I get it I own a roofing company we function in 15 states sometimes you cant get to the phone. Now instead of calling back I get a text about a week later. We set up a time for him to come give me a bid on an addition to a house we recently acquired. So the day for the building d come I text hey Im here we are still on correct. The text I get back is yes we are just getting back to town, then nothing i sent a few hey man if you need to reschedule just let me know. Well then it comes out that he just flew back from **** ****** and is at DIA and is on his way back. ***** who the heck schedules an appointment for an addition when they are not going to be in town? Now I call the owner out on this. Hey man its all good you cant run a calendar you are not running or even biding my addition. This is now where this absolute idiot went way sideways and why Im writing this. He then said well I dont want your job you live on the south side and cant afford it anyway. Hmmmmm, yall ever heard of investment property I have its my retirement. And regardless I know many many business owners of some of Cheyennes top business that guess what live on the south side! The owner continued to berate me and suggest that if I wrote a review he would *** me. Ahhh for what kid I have the whole conversation in black and white because he was too bothered to pick up a phone and call. Then he made threats of violence and ended with he is not hard to find. Yeah I know a quick ****** search gave me his address and the company vehicles are outside. Hmm kid dont make assumptions about people and where they live, two dont judge a book by its cover and lastly you should consider maybe flipping burgers for a living as your customer service ***** which would lead one to believe if you cant talk to people you can not build for people. Hope to get that face to face kid
