      We purchased our 5th wheel at this dealer and have been going here for all our repairs under warranty. They have made us regret ever buying an rv, the service here is horrible, they dont answer phones, they dont return calls, they go thru employees like Ive never seen before. I have had to go and check work that they say they performed just to find that it was not done but billed for. These people are criminals and some of them deserve to be in jail. Unless you enjoy being treated like you are a worthless human being that does not matter, then stay as far away from any Bishs rv as possible

      NO STAR but had to pick one......5th wheel has been at ************* Cheyenne since October 7th, still haven't got it back. never hear from the service folks, always have to call, everyone gives me the run around on the status, several service staff have been fired or quit including manager. This place is a joke, i just want my fricking 5th wheel back home, NEVER WILL my 5th wheel go back for any service there regardless if it is still under warranty. Owned this 5th wheel since February 25 of 2023 when I purchased from **** in Cheyenne and the thing has sat on the lot for service for 5 1/2 months total.

      The entire staff of ****** of Cheyenne are totally awesome.My service dog, *****, loves the girl at the front desk!************ folks listened to me, answered all of my questions,and gave recommendations.They also saved me a few Buck$ by suggesting a more co$t-effective and efficient way to add improvements to my RV trailer, versuswhat I read on a popular website.Then ****** in service called me a few days later to update on how everything was working.The work performed on my RV has always been great. My technician is a professional and never leaves a mess and even let's me know if there is something I should keep an eye on.And ****** parts manager is a hero in helping me out when I'm confused about what to get. He is a wealth of knowledge.No one else does this or treats me like family. This is true business excellence!***************** in Cheyenne will be the only shop I go to for work.Fast, reliable and trustworthy.I am a lifetimecustomer.********************. A comment to others bad reviews. I want to add that no matter where you go, if you have a crappy attitude, you won't help the situation any. If you treat people bad or crappy, what do you expect from them.They understand you have problems and want good fast service. Be patient and kind. I have never ever had a problem with any ****** locations. Maybe because I'm not a jerk or an a$$.Next time try kindness and understanding. You may get surprised what you receive.
