      This company has somehow set up reoccurring charges on my credit card for supplements. The way their website is created, Im guessing that it automatically sets its customers up for reoccurring charges. I made a one time purchase and did not authorize reoccurring charges. The company phone number automatically redirect customers to an email and I have not received any correspondence. There is no person to person communication and their website chat system does not seem to interact with company personnel. I am having to go through hoops to try and contact the company and get my credit card company to block this merchant from any future charges.

      I would not purchase anything from their website. They will not respond back to emails and the phone number goes to the website . I have sent email after email with no response yet . And they automatically put you on a subscription without your permission.

      Do not buy supplements from this company. The website and automated answering system state that all requests to cancel a subscription must be submitted via email. I emailed my request to cancel in May, received a response that asked me to please confirm I wanted to cancel and that the subscription would be. I responded Yes, please cancel subscription. I just received another auto shipment in the mail.

      This company is horrific! I was excited to try this product and then just about a month after receiving it got an email thanking me for ordering again. I was sooooo confused! I RARELY sign up for subscriptions so I can stay on top of auto payments, so I know I didnt subscribe.After revisiting the site, I realizes that it AUTO CHECKS the box for subscribing!!! Aaargh!!!I tried messaging them, emailing them and calling them. Calls are redirected to emails and messages and any email replies all just state other options instead of simply cancelling per my request. I am still trying to figure this out!!!Next up will be contacting my credit card company, I guess??? Ugh!!! Buyer ABSOLUTELY BEWARE!!!

      ROSABELLA Supplements Ambrosia Brands, ************ Over charged me for more products I did not order. Refused to answer and emails or phone call I placed to them in a hour after I orders. Refused to canceled my order as requested. Refuse to refund my money they scammed me out of. ******** *********

      This business included an automatically checked box when I ordered product that had me agree to re-orders. I do not remember ever actively checking this choice for auto refills. It was located at the very bottom of the screen and easily missed When I purchased the product, I purchased many months worth. Last Sunday, not on a work day, and when the company was not open for business, they processed this re-order on a weekend day. There was no way to contact this business. They were closed. And, when I attempted to call, they do not provide live persons to speak with. They refer you to email their support email address. They have no in person customer service so that I could contact you and stop this repeat order that I did not need or want. By the time I could reach the company and got a response the company had already processed this order and then claimed that because the order had shipped (before being able to be contacted) gave this reasons as to why they could not give my money back. When asked to be refunded, they refused.When asked to discontinue my auto re-order, they replied by asking that I once more confirm that I did not want their product. This company engages in deceitful business practices, making it very difficult for customers to complain, stop unwanted orders, and you should beware.
