We hired ******* to do a painting job for us. We hired him to paint our doors, walls, trim and cabinets. He hired a young high school kid that we were not aware of until after he started the job. ******* promised this job to be completed in 5 to 7 days and promises to worn weekends. ******* did not show up most days until around 10 or 11 and left around 3. He knew we had a deadline to meet as my husband is having knee surgery on April 24th. ******* continuously promised a specific day and when we asked about it, he got visibly upset with me. He requested payment prior to being done and so we paid him, in hopes he would get the job done promptly. He kept requested another day, another day. We finally gave him a deadline and when given this deadline, ******* got very upset which left my husband no choice but to fire him. ******* then came into our home. Unwelcome and painted every door, cabinet and trim piece with a brown paint and continued to when asked to leave. After thus, we had contractors come give us a proposal and 3 let us know that ******* did not paint the doors, and door jams correctly to begin with and paint easily scrapes off of these areas. We have no other choice but to hire a new professional to come re do what he attempted doing.

We will not be issuing you a refund for any of our unpaid work.

We did not breach a proposal for ESTIMATED time.

Extra work was done for the home, and you were asked to revise the proposal.

    You did not.

    This is the issue.

This issue at hand was the constant ******* to get your job done. And we even asked you multiple times not to.

You kept adding additional you were wanting into a proposal you were no longing paying for.

This was said directly to you and your husband.

Due to just that. It led us to now believe you weren't going to pay us proper!

So! I told your husband that the 3rd proposal you were asking for to be done as well. All proposals work was consecutive. 5325. There is no separation in any work given to you. Revising the proposal was needed for increase in price. And increase in time. It would be a better option if they're in such a rush to put up work, without paying for the professional skill, calling someone else would be more optimal for the final job on trim. Also we are assistanting with installing your doors for free. If you want in faster helping with this would increase the speed for the rest.

Your husband got angry. And he demanded to us to come get our tools.

I told you this was now civil. And you guys are breaching the other two proposals.

You're husband told me to let him know when the court date was.

We did nothing to harm you or your husband! Your false allegations I broke into your house and damaged your items was a lie straight to the Police of ***********. ****** DEMANDED WE GET OUR TOOLS. I let him know we would be there in an hour. This is Not including the fact you guys were conspiring over the phone, and you tried to say you fired me and I broke into your home without permission. I followed your husband into your guys own home when he was in the house to call them!! I marked each piece unpaid for the call for entrapment that afternoon. Proving each piece of my work and art you left us unpaid. All work still unpaid for labor. Product costs is not labor cost. Asking for more without revisal. People will eventually tell you no to more work.

We didn't stop doing work. And each day we there for 6-8 hour days. Whether it was early morning or the start time was at noon. We didn't fire ourselves from our own job, nor did we have intentions to not finish work. You and your husband's relations and communication with me was absolutely poor. We also started your job and assisted with your job alongside another 2 days prior than our original start date.

I DO NOT OWE YOU MONEY.

YOU HAVE TRIED TO ENTRAP ME WITH POLICE WITH LIES AND DECEIT, AND YOU DID STEAL MONEY FROM US IN THIS MATTER. MONEY UNPAID FOR WORK. AND MONEY NOT PAID FOR US TO FINAL IT. WE DID NOT BREACH OUR PROPOSAL AND CAUSED YOU HARM.

NO. THAT WAS THE OTHER WAY AROUND. ALL OUT OF ANGER.
