  Inside and Outside House Painting I just read the review that was posted in December and quite frankly do not understand it. When he originally showed up to bid the job. He was on time. He showed us his contractor/painting license as well as his insurance. Which was wonderful. We had never had anyone do that before. ******* did a wonderful job for us. Painting the inside and outside of our home. In recorded time and with a cost that was appropriate. There was so much extra that had to be done, because we live is a home that was built in the 60's there was wallpaper everywhere. He was always on time. ******* went so far as to remove all the wallpaper in nearly every room. He then had to retexture the walls and then paint. We were really pleased with the work he did for us and would highly recommend him to others. We had him do the fencing and decks around the house as well. A couple of our friends have used him for smaller jobs and they seemed to be quite pleased as well.

I'm extremely lucky to have been blessed in life to meet you both. I don't know how much ******** and dealing we've done over the last couple years.. but it has fun and fulfilling! Again thank you for your kindness and respect.

  *Extremely disappointed in the quality and craftsmanship of work.*Refused to come and look at the problem areas due to craftsmanship.*Lack of professional knowledge of flooring and carpet installation. Filled large gaps where flooring doesnt go to the trim or wall with a ridiculous amount of caulking. Carpeting had to be reinstalled three times.*Poor time management skills. *Unfinished areas that needed to be painted. Cutting along the entire floor trim and wall. Unfinished painting in the closets and behind the toilets.*Poor caulking skills. Caulking all over trim and floor.When hiring The Painting Doctor we had a lot of confidence in him and the price was reasonable, but you definitely get what you pay for.

  We did our best to go above and beyond on not just flooring for guys, but all damaged doors, trim, walls, and ceilings alongside your floors being done. We highly recommended you do not use the product you still bought for us to use. We also requested you pick up this product. You refused and this still fell on us to do for you. We did not charge you for any pick up or removal on this. The sub floor underneath your floor was damaged. You were also told this. And how to fix that. Putting in the extra time and money wasn't in your budget, and resurfacing of the floor could only be done by putting in that extra. We didn't charge you for the original miscut carpet. We even paid out of our own pocket for your stairwell. We didn't charge an arm and leg. And all work done was done in an equal and fair manner.Your phone call to let us know about said so called damage came 9 months later. This review is now pushing a year and a few months later. 2 months ago your husband demanded my wife come over and when you kept calling her phone instead of the listed business phone you left a mean nasty voicemail that let her know who you were. I promptly called *********************** back. However, ***** was belligerent with me as a business man, and told me directly he didn't want any further assistance. After being told I only needed a couple hours before I could arrive. The poor communication trying to accomplish your large job between the one and a half men who remodeled an entire home for you was bad. Not because we weren't ready to do this project... but because you wanted to rush to move into your home. Before we took any final payment at all from you. We did 3 full walk through.Not one of these issues were ever mentioned. And no issue was mentioned until almost a year later. Had you informed us in good timing and in and with with respectful manner we were always quick to get your guys projects going and finished. We were never given any indication you were so unhappy till you disrespected my wife with the rude phone calls. Then preceded to slander myself to other business and now here on the BBB. We gave you every opportunity and chance to review our work and fix any mistakes. This here is the rant of an angry customer.... and for the work and time that was put in for you guys regardless, shows how ungrateful you were for the great deals and quality work. Just because work wasn't done ********************* way, doesn't mean that the work was not done for you. And for a fraction of the price. You hired someone younger because you were already unhappy with another company and their price. We stated not to use that product. Here is the result. We also stated you should replace All trim in the home. To resurface the subfloor with new in some areas. You wanted it salvaged to save money as well. You were shown all damages. All speculations of the job, and again at a discounted price by close to **** dollars. You took advantage of us as a company. And you're still trying your hardest in some sort of manner or way to make us look bad. I really wish you guys the best. And I highly recommend any contractor in town stays away from your guys unprofessional way of hiring contractors. We weren't originally supposed to do the floors. You chose us because you wanted a better price. I still have your messages stating how we did an excellent job before. And I'm really tired of the harassment at this point. You had all the opportunity for us to help. And you did everything you could *****. Emotionally, verbally, and quite frankly I wouldn't put it past you to get physical over things after the way you spoke to both myself and my wife. There are great reasons we did not return after your phone calls. Be honest.
