My husband and I are actually in the mature love stage (after many decades of marriage) and stable, but I wanted to give this course a try anyway to find areas to improve. I was hesitant to spend the money, but it's been well worth it, even though I haven't involved my husband. I have mostly just been listening to the audio rather than also doing the assignments. I know that's not ideal, but it works with my schedule and needs right now. I download the workbooks as I go because those notes will be very valuable over time. I know I could be getting even more out of it, but it's worth the money even with my minimal efforts. (I do wish I could have access to the videos for longer. I'd like to listen to them another time through because it's a lot of material all at once.) Great program! Thank you!Love at First Fight

My husband and I were having arguments almost daily. It made us both feel like we were not being heard by each other and our home felt so tense. It was to the point that our dog would cower in the corner when an argument would take place or bark uncontrollablyat us. I started to wonder how our relationship had come to this. I knew that I didn't want a divorce, but something had to change. By a chance of luck, Love at First Fight popped up on my ******** page and I watched a video of ***** describing my marriage. I was in shock and I called my husband and said I think we need to try this, and he agreed. We are still going through the lessons, and I can tell you this, everything has changed for the better in a matter of a couple weeks!! We are connecting first and communicating second. We both feel loved and appreciated. I don't remember the last time we had a bad argument. We still have work to do, but this program saved our marriage and I'm extremely thankful for ******* teachings, and so is our dog!! She now allows us to sit on the couch together and she doesn't bark when we just hug each other. I didn't realize how much she felt like she had to be on guard. Our relationship never resulted in physical violence, just a lot of yelling. But it was enough to upset the whole household. I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to better their relationship. It has also helped us better our relationships with family and friends!! Thank you *****!!Love at First Fight

Bruces program surpasses years of therapy from multiple other marriage therapist's during my first marriage.His comprehensive learning modules are highly effective, quite innovative, research based, meaningful, and truly life changing! I halted my prepaid, in process divorce proceedings after module 3.Bruces program taught us HOW to replace incompatibility, distrust, and resentment with LOVE! My husbands positive response was immediate. Suddenly all things that I had been expressing needs for, effortlessly appeared. It was like a light switched back on! This powerful program taught us about how our childhood wounds negatively impacted how we approached our conflict resolution. My wife and I have been actively working on strategies to be happy together and reduce conflict for years. Weve read a lot of books and spent time with very good psychologists. ***** course has been a breakthrough for us in that he presents extreme well-focused information in an appealing manner, and then ensures crucial skills are practiced via the workbooks. Im a doctor and so am particularly impressed by the very sound theoretical basis as well as he develops trust and connection with us as we use the program.Love at First Fight

This course takes information from many other sources and brings them all to one place: attachemnt theory, inner child needs, love & apology language, and more. Each ****** helps to see your ************** better. What you may be able to improve apon to create a better more harmonious relationship. If you are up for the challenge of weekly 8 hours +of devotion to this program. You must be willing to give up some time to devote to your relationships ( to *************** I felt some weeks I could have used 2 weeks and then others were less time used. It was not balanced in time and emotional stress. Life is not either. I woul have liked to do this more on my own time or had more time like 3 months to complete. As I could have given more thought to each ****** if I was not rushed to finish. Good ******s, however, we felt beat up during most weeks, it is not all uplifting. Your faults will be exposed. All in all it was a good set of ******s. My relationship broke up because it exposed sooo many differences that could not be reconciled, too many needs that I could not meet. What is meant to be will be.Love at First Fight

The weekly lessons are jammed packed with practical advice, tips, solutions and explanations that you can put to work for you in your marriage immediately! Everything I learned hit home and was spot on with how my husband and I address conflict. Once I learned the why's and how's of when conflict escalates, I was able to implement the instructions of what to do instead. The lessons have been so helpful and informative, and so full of rich and complete information. I've loved every minute of this program and plan to review everything over and over again so I can implement it all! Thanks to ***** and his team for putting this together. There are a lot of marriage workshops and programs out there, but this one is the one you should do if you need help in your marriage. If your marriage is a 2 or a 10 - this program is for you! This is the most useful impactful relationship course/advice I've ever experienced and I've done a lot of soul searching, counselling, courses, etc as a result of 3 failed marriages and other relationships. I recognised that I chose most of my previous partners impulsively based on unmet emotional needs as a child. I can now choose more wisely and have the tools to create a whole new outcome when conflict or upsets occur instead of shutting down and running away. My most recent ex has been doing the course with me and even he has been actively engaged and benefiting from it where other courses or counselling were ineffective. We have been able to reconnect and communicate in a way that was impossible before and are considering getting back together. And all this in only 5 weeks and all online. It is very action orientated rather than endless analysis of the past conducted at a snails pace. Well structured, with research and methodologies well referenced and all conducted in the privacy of our own space. Highly recommended to anyone who has challenges in their relationships, by yourself or with your partner.Love at First Fight
