    DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! They take advantage of college students and then hide behind email. Not to mention the common areas are filthy and appear to never be cleaned. As a parent of a student who moved out, I had a question and called the office. The office management, ********, refused to speak on the phone to me. The front desk clerk said their policy is email correspondence only so that it's documented and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and surprise, nobody answered. Their voicemail message said all calls are recorded so that means calls are also documented, not just emails. It's shocking to me that a business can refuse to talk to paying customers to answer questions. They are definitely happy to take your money though. :)

    DO NOT LET YOUR CHILD MOVE HERE!! THIS COMPLEX IS FULL OF ****!!! Please contact me for the details but you will be sorely disappointed if you move forward. There are way better opportunities in town.
