      This is the worst airline ever. We will never be flying with swoop ever or booking with them. We are due to fly to ****** today and it has been cancelled for the second time for this trip. We will not fly to ****** from ******** with two small children for one day and our flight back Monday was also changed. And there is no one to help answer you of fix this. They should not be allowed here in ******. I really hope they go under as they are the most unreliable airline around. They say they want to be here for they customers. More like you just want to take our money. So now not only am I out money for my trip that I will be fighting to get back. But I am also out now too because I have taken the days off work.

      The worst airline in business. I could not reach customer service, and when we did, there was nobody helpful. I was unable to fly out in date booked because of a family passing, and in order to reschedule my flight, I need to pay over $320 and the luggage cost was not transferable, therefore I needed to pay additional costs for luggage for the second time. I would not recommend this airline company to anyone, and I will not be booking with them in the future.

      ******** airline. Cheap does not mean you dont give what your customers is paying you for. I had paid for my baggage and was on time to drop. But the agent refused saying i got late by 2 min. Agent was rude and uncooperative unhelpful.

      I booked a flight with Swoop that was rescheduled by them and given an alternative date to fly. The optional date was a week after the event I was to attend - incidentally, it was a memorial celebration for my brother who passed away 50 years ago while performing military training. I opted for the cancellation of my flight so I could get a refund. After trying to reach them as I would with with any business, I came to realize they apparently have no phones or so it seems. The only method of contacting them is by ******** or email. After I provided them with all the information they asked for, they finally responded. The following is their response, "We sincerely apologize for the flight disruption to your travel plans. We have reviewed your claim and confirmed you are not eligible for compensation as it was due to a flight change which you were notified of more than 14 days in advance." What kind of answer is that? I booked, they advised me of the 'disruption' that was going to place me a week behind so I cancelled long before the original flight date. They should be confirming my refund. Please, everyone, DO NOT support this scamming operation by booking anything with them. They are sheisters and crooks. If WestJet has any brains, they will repaint the Swoop airplanes to their own colours and get rid of this crooked operation called Swoop. Disgusting. There is no option for less than a Zero Star so I and forced to give it the lowest possible.

      Do not waste your money. This airline is a *****. They refuse to refund even with over 8 days notice. Stating its to short notice.They In my opinion have stole 911$ from me by refusing to refund even when I paid for the insurance for cancelation.

      We booked flights to see kids in Abbotsford, they attracted Covid and called us to say they has tested positive, we didn’t want to go out with them contagious. Swoop wouldn’t cancel our flight, they said we were too late for the 72 hour window and must pay whether we go out or not. We ended up out of the entire cost of 5he flight for my wife and I. Horrible service, will never use them again.

      Swoop Airlines needs to be exposed. This airline company operates in a very professional manner. This is my second attempt to correct a reservation error due to lack of content on there behalf. Im not sure how they get away with this but there is no customer personal that you can talk to about your reservations or an error that was made. You can call them and then are advised to message them on ******** or ********* via answering machine. How can such a company not have live customer service department. I have personally lost money with them during the Covid pandemic I was told that I was able to receive a credit or refund that never happened. A registered mail was sent to there address and was received (because it was registered) and still nothing not even a reply of any kind. This is the second time Ive lost money to this company due to no communication. They need to be held accountable for the business that they run. I understand that it is a low budget company but that still doesnt give them the right to take peoples money with no explanation. *** **** ******* *** ** ***** ****** ******* **** *** *** **** ******* *** ****** **** *****. Something needs to be done hence why Im reaching out to you. I would like to find out who Swoop is and who runs the company why people cant contact them.       Swoops habit seems to be delaying fights and then canceling them last minute late at night with no viable alternatives and provide no help. They just drop you in it and swan off with a good luck and thanks for coming out. Forced to leave a star rating and for some reason i can't do negatives....

      I am surprised that Swoop has such a high rating. I would think they would be at least 0 or less. I have been trying to reach them for over a month now. Yesterday I waited on the phone for 2 hours and 20 minutes and they never picked up the phone. I just called them again 2 minutes ago and the same old BS we are unable to come to the phone. Once they get your money they could not care less about anyone. I know people that will never fly with them and I will be on that list also.. WHAT A JOKE

      I have messaged them and have been givin the round about half a dozen times through email phone and ********* They continue to direct to different forms of social media. Calls have no effect no one ever answers or is a different business such as *******. I have 3 flights canceled and money that needs to be refunded yet you continue to point to another form of social media with forms and walls everywhere. I have over 2 grand caught up with them plus expenses on other flights. i find it hard to believe its going to take 3 business days to message me back on social media. I am beyond mad. On top of that they were the ones that told me just to buy another ticket and that id get a quick refund with my receipt
