      We have just had a really bad experience with swoop. We booked and paid for flights from ******** to ********** through ******** with a layover overnight in ********..No problem then they just cancelled the flight to ******** and refunded our money but will not cancel and refund the money for the flight to **********. I guess you are just supposed to appear in ******** for the rest of the flight but we couldnt get another flight to ******** so we had to book with another airline and get complete flights to ********** and return. And the other flight is about the same price as Swoop so they really arent a cheaper way to fly when you actually look at everything else. I will never ?? book anything with Swoop again.Just make sure that you read all the fine print before booking and be prepared not to get any service from Swoop

      These ****** should get right the hell out of this business. I have had 5 out of 6 flights cancelled They cancel with little notice and you are now going to pay double with another airline because the time is now short to book. Zero customer service. Cannot reach a human being to speak to so that says it all. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I EVEN LOOK AT THIS COMPANY! Shame on ******* for the mismanagement of this company called ****. I mean SWOOP There should be some accountability monetarily going forward for airlines that cancel you after you have booked long in advance and than they cancel you two weeks before the holiday season causing you to pay double the original cost. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY

      I was supposed to take my son to Vegas for a hockey tournament. My outgoing flight was cancelled as I was clearing customs. No effort was made to help in obtaining another flight. My son, the goalie, missed the first two games. Our return flight was also cancelled just hours before departure. To date (4 months later) Swoop still hasnt called to make arrangements for me to get home. Then I had to go to the airport 3 weeks later to try to get a refund. There is no customer service line to talk to someone, the email says "if the answer to your question can be found on our website, we will not respond to you". They fail to point you in the right direction. It is your responsibility to know and find the information on their website. And the best part is, now I am getting spam emails about special deals to fly's with Swoop. Why would I book with you when you can't get it right the first or second time? For the record, it was Toronto to Vegas and Vegas to Toronto. Both flights were sold out. In Toronto, we watched our plan land, unload, flight crew walk past us laughing and then waited over an hour before an airport worker kicked us out because we had cleared customs but had no flight. Not a rep from Swoop, an airport worker. I have several more horror stories from that trip but I'm running out of space. Life is one big learning lesson. Fortunately, my 14 and 9 year kids learned a valuable lesson. DON'T FLY SWOOP!

      Absolute terrible experience... Never, ever again will I consider this company. They sell cheap tickets and as you get closer to the flight, they cancel you for higher paying tickets. Then they only refund 25% of what you paid and there is absolutely no way in reaching someone to speak with. So we are inconvenienced with a cancelled ticket right before travel and have to pay higher with another airline, we are out-of-pocket with the difference in what we paid and got refunded... and we need to invest a ridiculous amount of time to try and find someone who can just make it right (refund what we paid). A serious joke of a company!

      Horrible. We booked a flight then needed to change the dates. We tried to cancel within 24 hours and we could not get a refund - they lied on their website. No phone numbers available anywhere to get help from a real person, just a robot who gave us the same information over and over. Really disappointed. Feel like we were duped by Swoop.

      Might as well add to the negative comments here to deter people from using swoop. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Our flight was canceled and tickets are now double what I payed due to the short notice. save yourself the trouble and stay away from this elaborate *****

      concerning swoop; the most disgusting customer service I have ever encountered; flights got changed tried cancelling cannot tell whether it did or not cannot get a hold of them no how; what a disgrace to the whole industry they should be taken out of circulation; never, never, never again!!!!!!!

      If you are planning for some important day then please dont buy swoop or most likely you will regret. These guys change schedules of their flights last minute and send an email with the option to choose new date or refund. I booked in sept,2022 for a flight in first week of December so that I get good fare but now they just cancelled the flight and all flight on my date are supper expansive to buy. Swoop is a very unprofessional and unreliable airline . Avoid it .

      I had reserved a ticket with swoop in advance but the flight was canceled for "unforseen safety reasons".Not fun but not the end of the world either. However, they asked me to chose my seat again for the next flight which I did and got a seat with extra leg space.So I get on my flight and low and behold, they give me a regular seat. Now that in itself is not a big deal, but definitely not fun for a 6'3"ft guy who paid extra money for that extra space.The air attendant told me that they had to change plane last minute and couldn't give me a seat like that but that swoop will refund me.Ultimately, I've tried to get a refund to no avail. *** tried emailing, calling and ******** messenger and still can't get a good answer.Horrible customer experience and they will charge you for things you don't even get. Save your money and go on a reputable airline. To summarize, I was delayed 3 days on my trip, charged a seat with extra leg room and ultimately not able to reach a human by phone or get compensation or a refund.I will post this horrible experience everywhere I can write a review.

      Horrible customer service, unreliable, awful experience. Despite being a frequent traveller, I will pay more money to fly anything but SWOOP. Never again.
