I have not received my luggage though I paid separate charges in international flight to get it. Nobody was properly answering me on this. I was chasing the meeting with giant retailers from 2 years and today at 11am and I have my all the samples and everything in the bags. And now bags are not there. I am also recording this email and recorded all the conversations. Please reply me on email.

I booked a flight for my son through flight hub with west jet in a hurry for an immediate death in the family. I was NOT aware that flight hub did not have a bereavement rate. The flight was with West Jet and they also do NOT honor their bereavement rate as the flight was booked through flight hub. I contacted both flight hub and westjest about this as I now have the death certificate and was looking into a post bereavement rate as I did not have the certificate until after the funeral services. Neither flight hub or westjet can offer the bereavement rate. This is ridiculous...at the end of the day the urgent flight was for an immediate death in my family. These policies need to change ASAP!!!!! Very disappointed and will NOT be using flight hub or westjet ever again!!

I am deeply disappointed with WestJet over the past few years! As a paying customer, I’ve experienced numerous flight delays that have left me stranded, causing me to arrive hours, if not days, later than expected. Despite my best efforts to resolve these issues, including filing complaints with both WestJet and the ******** ************** Agency, I’ve been met with nothing but delays and a lack of resolution. To make matters worse, I have incurred thousands of dollars ($$$) in personal expenses due to these delays. I’ve been forced to cover the costs of multiple hotels, taxis, and meals, all while receiving no guidance from WestJet on my entitlements or the allowances available for such disruptions. The airline has failed to provide any clarity or support, leaving me in a position where I’ve had to navigate this situation on my own. Despite doing everything within my power to seek resolution, including following up with the airline and government agencies, I’ve seen no meaningful action taken. The continued delays and lack of communication have caused significant frustration and anxiety, not only due to the financial burden but also the toll it’s taken on my time and peace of mind! As a loyal customer, this experience has been a huge disappointment. It’s hard to comprehend how an airline can neglect its customers in such a manner, especially when I’ve done everything I can to resolve this issue fairly. THANK YOU WESTJET FOR FAILING ME AND NOT BEING A TRUSTED PROVIDER. USE LOGIC AND BE BETTER!

This airline is a complete ****. I've paid for both upgraded cabins as well as extra legroom seats and on 4+ flights tthe upgrades weren't honored as the aircraft didn't even have those types of seats available. Spent countless hours on the phone with support and email with support to refund me my $$ for services not provided and NOTHING. Don't fly with this airline -- I was also at one point a GOLD member so a frequent flyer with WestJet -- never again. ********** only for now on, or ******!!

First flight delayed. Following that, had connecting flight from *** cancelled twice. Had to overnight- zero relevant or helpful communication nor support from West Jet. Was given false information at service desk at *** about available flights when there were open seats (many) on an earlier flight the next day. Another WestJet *** later confirmed this was a regularly scheduled flight and not a rescue flight. After waiting on hold for over 2.5 hrs on the phone, the customer service *** hung up and did not call back. Had to call back and wait on hold again. App would not function properly throughout this time to allow anyone to make changes online. Other flights from *** leaving both days without issues. Flight the following day scheduled for 115 and was delayed 3 times until 350. Did not take off until 5 pm. Absolutely awful experience, terrible communication, and unhelpful staff.

WestJet is a pathetic excuse for an airline. They have gone from being a nine to a minus one. They offer absolutely no customer serviceat all. They do not provide compensation with flight delays - simply lie about the length of the delay- and flights are delayed for the most pathetic reasons, like people sneaking onto the airplane for example! I dont recommend WestJet, they are a huge disappointment, and I will never fly with them again

Also booked two passengers and they purposely seated us apart. And both in aisle seats so had to pay $47 just so we could sit together. And the flight is not full, lots of available seats. Very dissatisfying and they should be embarrassed.

The nightmare started on November 9th 2024 when my flight from ****** to ******* was cancelled and as a physically disabled female i was stuck at the airport with my little dog for 9.5 hours. Not even a sandwich for me or my puppy for the wait. Then when i finally arrived at Calgary airport and got myself to the luggage carousel, only two of my three checked luggage remained. Keep in mind im disabled and on a very limited budget that doesn't allow for clothing. It is now November 28th i still dont have my suitcase or any compensation. Nas, the agent for WestJet that I dralt with was rude and not at all compassionate to my situation. Stay away from this company If you can't pay for *** ****** i highly recommend you drive.

I rated Westjet a 1 on their website only because i cannot rate it lower. Westjet's change policy is truly awful. I fully understand a reasonable charge for change but this last experience will make me bitter for a long long time. My 14 yr old son and I are going to ************ from ** to visit family and welcome a new baby to the family. My wife booked us tickets as a surprise, but booked the wrong return date (my fault). When we finally got through to a westjet agent (because we are busy people and wait times are horrendous) the change to extend our trip 2 days was $1200 each and through an agent $1000 for both. (To book new flights were $1200). I don't mind paying for change or my own mistakes but this charge is absolutely disgusting. Even though we booked early and got a good deal, the purchase price for our return ticket went up exactly the same amount (app. $600 each) as the desired return ticket (app. $600 each). I think a fair exchange rate could have been given considering this fact. I would have been ok with paying the ridiculous change fee Westjet charges now, but to be penalised for buying early seems extremely unfair. In the past I have always had loyalty to Westjet and felt that loyalty back when flying, booking and changing flights. That is gone on Westjets behalf and I can see myself looking to ********** in the future, or hopefully some new airline that wants a loyal customer base and can show some integrity when circumstances change for the customer. Truly disappointed in ********************. I will also be looking for other avenues to vent my extreme frustration with Westjet.
