      Yesterday I went to take money from my security funds to purchase a prescription from a small pharmacy that only takes debit, the app said i could not do it and had to call and close my account now. I called the number provided and the agent knew nothing, not even that this terrible policy had taken place yesterday. I asked him he can close my account as long as he can guarantee i would have access to my money right away to transfer to my debit card. He did it and i could not get my money still. This call was over an hour and in the end i was told i needed to wait until the purchase i made that morning was cleared and they did not know when. I wanted to speak to the manager but they were all in a meeting the same incompetent agent said they would call me in ***** min, no call came. My prescription has run out, this is my only money, i had a panic attack, and i missed an appointment that will now cost me 75 dollars and i have to take it. This agent and your company caused harm to me do to your incompetent agent and lying management, i have no trust in your company and my sister is also leaving, i will be telling everyone i see, on every post you have i will make it my job to let people know how terrible and uncaring of a company this Neo is. The solution to make it right would have been to return the money owed to me manually so i could email it out and you figure out the issue you caused after. How was i expected to know about this change to policy when your employees dont? Also Ill be in terrible pain with other issues if i cant get my medicine today for use tomorrow. Im going to follow up with the BBB and any other agencys this is a disgrace and you should be ashamed to work at this company. I want a public apology and my money back.

      **** must have thought we were ancient when we asked for her help through the "registration process" but with each stupid question we posed she was able to step us through our "android" and we are now officially registered, pending approval. Thank you! You are truly a gem and I hope *** appreciates all your hard work. *** and ******* *******

      Neo sucks! My card had been compromised several times, and the most recent time it was nearly $3000. *** has been investigating for nearly a month and havent done anything. Meantime, my card is maxed and I cant use it! Its not my fault! When I called the other day, the guy told me I should do my own investigating! OMG! Dont get a Neo card!!

      This company is relentless in their online marketing. They will not stop. I made a grave error by accepting it from The *** and I am getting rid of this credit card immediately. This is online spam run amok

      Very fraudulent bank they it was nov 14 th my daughters birthday im at dairy queen trying to get her a cake and my phone say your account is frozen I had all my kids money in there I called oh sorry we are waiting for the other team to contact u three nothing we can do about it then she I've been on hold with the 15 times every person says sorry nothing we can we can't tell you why or anything then finally 3 days later after hours on hold and days of not having access to my money she say oh the other team says there gonna contact u with 72 hours I begged them I said I need my.money u already made my daughter go with out on her birthday and now there groceries money and everything was in there so its been 6xdays no explanation on why my account was frozen and no money and I was told today that they contact.me.in the 72 hours this is theft this is disgusting and is un humane to gold a person on assurances money like that so I really hope anyone that sees this does not go with neo financial and I really hope the get shutdown there frauds and thiefs who make people suffer for no reason every single dime in that account is mine not loaned from them its my kids money

      I have had a Neo secured credit card for over 6 months. They do NOT report to the credit bureaus and so their card will NOT help your credit score. They are simply taking your deposited security funds and making interest on them, no benefit to you, just a waste of time to enrich a shady company.

      I've had a Neo Secured Credit Card since March 2022 and the card still hasn't shown up on my credit report. After conducting some research, a lot of people are having the exact same issue, Neo Financial does not report to any of the credit bureaus. I've contacted them and they said they are in the process of reporting credit information and usage to TransUnion and they don't have an ETA as to when they'll report to **********. Apparently they've been saying the exact same thing since the card's release in 2020. At this point, it's safe to assume that they'll never report to any of the credit bureaus. If I had gotten a secured credit card from another financial institution and used it for the same 6 month duration, my credit score would've been significantly higher than what it is now, and I would've been able to qualify for other cards as well. To this date, they are still advertising their card as a "credit builder" when they don't report to any of the credit bureaus, this is straight-up misleading.

      I have nothing but glowing reports for this company. I find it easy to use ( tracks my spending each month in a colourful graph, pings my phone when a transaction is made, I can use my phone to make purchases) but the best part is the customer service! I made a terrible mistake when I forgot I had given my daughter permission to access my card for a purchase and I thought it was fraud. ******* (in *******) took my call at 7:30 in the morning, froze my card for me, sent me an email with instructions and then when I phoned back he came on the phone from another agent and laughed with me as I offered 100 apologies. I am a senior and he could have easily given me some youthful attitude, but instead he was so lovely. I have recommended this card to many of my friends who are equally as impressed. And, I have a bit of a treasure trove of additional bonus $ from local purchases I have made. It is also a helpful reminder to shop local. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

      I totally agree with all the bad reviews about Neo Finance, I opened a credit card through the ****** *** promotion, used it once for a purchase, pay down the amount immediately before the due date, so my balance is zero. Now I heard that ****** *** is closing its branch gradually and I don't want to hold too many credit cards, I sent them email to cancel my card, they replied asking me to call their number, called many times, only a repeat machine message, no answer. I kept sending them email, they gave me the same answer, to call, but they never answer. I am scared of this type of company, wish ****** *** had not chosen them. Now I don't know who can I turned to, to make sure my card can be cancelled.

      I received an email notifying me of a change to their privacy policy, however I never created an account with this company or even received a notification that the account was created. I reset the password and logged on and found an empty account with just my email and cell number in the profile. It's obvious the account was created by the company itself. So much for privacy. There is no functionality to delete the account or to delete the email address and phone number. There is no name or address field in the profile. And there is no unsubscribe link in the email notification. If this is a reputable site why doesn't the account profile have a name and address field? Why aren't security questions set up? Why does the verification code only go to the email address (which can't be changed)? Why is there no financial advisor listed? It seems legit from what I see online, but something feels off.
