    Equium takes very good care of us as tenants. The concierge/security desk at our building (***** and team) are very diligent and amazing. The rest of the building staff are so quick to respond to anything we need and they overall just do a great job!

    Terrible service, there is no direct line you have to leave a message they are slow to return the call if they do at all. The wording in the letters to residents border on disrespectful and inappropriately entitled when issuing notice of work. The contractors they hire provide very poor quality work/service.
