    It seems that this company is taking on too much work and is too busy to respond promptly to concerns condominiums experience with whom they have contracts. Although initially responsive to residents' concerns, there is little concern or respect to owners now who are paying hundreds of dollars in condominium fees and not getting solutions to problems that arise. Contracts with their subcontractors are not transparent and it is not known what is included in services provided with these companies. The communication is poor to non-existent and there is no ongoing information to owners regarding what is happening (or not) within the condo complex. **********

    Most inefficient, they have nobody to talk to, they have a number to call and you are supposed to leave a message and then they decide when to reply. I have tried to set up a pre authorized payment for condo fees and they insist on a void cheque which I dont have . My bank signed pre authorized forms from them and still they cant do the administrative work to effect this.They are very frustrating and hopeless.The garbage in our condo is not collected for days until the garbage house is bursting. What kind of organization has no customer care in this age?
