On August 12th I noticed a pre authorized debit charge on my bank account for $18.99 for credit value. I've been getting charged $18.99 every 7 days since. I've never heard of this company and I never would have agreed to this. I've searched my emails and there's no communication from credit value anywhere. I don't know how they got my banking info but I know I definitely did not give them permission to do this.Initial Complaint

This company is fraudulently taking $18.99 from my bank on a weekly basis and I NEVER consented to this whatsoever. They are taking advantage of those who are looking for a loan or in a tight financial situation, which is sick and low. *** had to dispute the transactions with my bank and report this company. This web site states that it is a credit counciling service in general but also says on the web site it DOES provide Loans in some cases - I had clicked on an APPLY ONLINE link and filled out the info - I was NOT made aware that i was signing up specifically for a weekly or monthly payment for service rendered as I had used the APPLY link and never given a chance (Other than had you clicked link of TERMS on the final page which does indeed talk about a $18.99 weekly payment when signing up for their services - Again I did not click anywhere to SIGN UP - I clicked the APPLY NOW button and was under all impressions given that had my APPLICATION been denied than no charges for service would come since obviously they declined me - I had recieved NO notification that I was "APPROVED" for services or that I was entering into a weekly payment agreement - I don't know ANY business neither online or by PAD that prior to taking a payment ******** CONFIRMS what the money is being paid for - I did not ask for CREDIT SERVICES i applied for a loan and they have now begun taking payments out of my account without auth for a *** Ship I never asked to enter - Period.I have included screen shots of the APPLICATION for loan process & also uploaded the "mbrship" agreement that is hidden and only ever mentioned at any time via the link on bank info screen of APPLICATION process not while providing info to secure services to assist with my credit - I have NEVER wanted any credit related services and if I DID need these things would do it Locally not other side of country & last is a screen shot of Payment to Credit Value having been processed (** is answering for the money being given without being covered by a Balance that was Equal or More than requested amount - Shld be a declined paymentn request without the funds to cover the charge in my bank acctBusiness Response
