This company debited my account without my consent 3 times. I contacted the company by phone and was on hold for over 30 mins and hung up on numerous times, I decided to email them. I applied for a loan through credit value, since applying I have had multiple withdrawals from my account of $18.99, I never once consented to having money taken fro my account, nor did I ever receive a loan. I would like the total funds to be reimbursed. DS CREDIT VALUE Is ******** MONEY FROM ME! $18.99 every week since January 2022! Business name Credit Value is a lending business and i did make business with them and as per my email to them if i still have outstanding balances the reply to me was none. Here's my issue with! *** ***** **** Credit Value did an attemp to withdrawn *** and because i never expecting and withdrawal on that date i dont have more than *** so the result my bank charged me an NSF fees of *** I tried to asked i think three time but they did not answer my questions instead it was a repeat answer to me ! telling me i dont have any outstanding balances. So asked same questions plus i attached a screenshot of my bank statement so they can see it cause they might think im lying and after never get anymore response to themBusiness Response

I was under the understanding I was applying for a loan and i clicked apply now. It began debiting my bank account ***** weekly, leaving me in hundred of NSF charges. I am rejecting this response because:I have contacted the company and was told to email my screen shot of my banking, which I did. I have not heard anything back from them, my bank has returned one NSF, I have two more there that need to be taken care of. The company will not respond to me.

Every Friday ..they have fraudulently taken money out of my account when I have never dealt with them I am filing fraud charges with bank I have no idea who they are
