I bought a Kenwood Stereo for my truck for *** in September 2024. I paid the sales man *** for it with the extended warranty. The salesman told me if anything is wrong with it ,they would replace the unit. I had their technicians install it. After it started having problems,took it back to them. The technician said it wasn't the deck he put in. So I took my truck to ***************** and they went over my vehicle and charged me $*** for looking for the problem. They told me that it wasn't my vehicle it was the stereo you installed. So I took it back to Visions and after showing them the bill from ******** and what they said. The technician took the stereo out of vehicle and said there is a glitch in it. So he said all I can do now is said it back to ******* and let them decide what to do with it. It has nothing to do with us. It's you and ******** business now. I asked about the extended warranty your salesman sold me ,all he did was smile and said that's where the salesman got you. It means nothing and we won't cover anything. He also said when and if Kenwood sends you anything back in several months ,that I would have to pay another installation fee of *** plus taxes again.Customer Answer

I have the bank statements October **, 2024 $****** & *** *** was Etransferred to Visions Electronics ****** was for the deck and ****** was for installation. The receipt for it all was in my truck when i got it back from the installer it was missing. I asked the installer where it went and he told me he gave it to the Salesmen. Asked the salesman and said he will look for it. After that I didnt get anything back from them.Initial Complaint

@VisionsDeals sold me a TV that had a broken panel and was most likely dropped on its face. I got unlucky to buy, was renovating, installed * mths later, told it was my finger compression quickly dismissed by *** repair. I called Southland technical spoke with ***** and he said that those panels cannot break from compression and must be impact and was misinformed. I was told thatno warranty because of physical damage and that I should've opened and tested it within ***************************************************************************************************************************** the terms and conditions, and such a requirement would need to be prominently disclosed at the time of purchase. They continued to blame me. I did send pictures and the sales manager ****** told me that looks like a baseball bat hit it i objected to his statement. The TV's are all lined up on the floor anything can happen to them. VISIONS said they cannot attwst to damage and blame the install. I never received my order. Tracking shows delivered but I received a sorry we missed you tag from purolator. I have contacted the company more then ** times via support tickets, called 8 times in the past 24 hours. Nobody responds to me. I ordered a TV from Visions Electronics' website on October *** as a gift for my 70-year-old in-laws. Although theres a store just five minutes from their home, I placed the order online since I was out of town and wanted it to be a surprise.The TV arrived a week later, and at first glance, the box appeared to be in good condition. The delivery person even brought the TV inside, as my in-laws are older.That weekend, I visited my in-laws to help set up the TV. While removing it from the box, we discovered damage to the lower part of the screen.I immediately took pictures and submitted a customer service ticket that evening. Within a day or two, someone responded, asking us to plug in the TV and take photos of the box. While doing this, we noticed a faint footprint from what appeared to be a work boot near the damaged area of the box.We submitted all the requested photos but didnt hear back. A week later, I followed up and was told that Visions was waiting for a response from the shipping company, *********. Weeks passed without an update, so I reached out again, only to be told it could take some time. After more follow-ups, I was finally informedover a month laterthat Purolator had denied the claim. Visions refused to offer a refund or exchange, stating that the issue didnt meet their policy requirements.Their policy requires claims to be reported within ************************************************* our case, my in-laws couldnt open the TV on their own due to its size and their age.I dont believe Purolator is at fault, as the box wasnt severely damaged. Its possible the TV was already damaged when it left Visions' warehouse or even when they received it from their *********** a company reselling products, Visions should have offered an exchange given the circumstances. On August **, 2024, I placed an order for a *** *** * *** More Combo and a *** **** * *** *** **** Combo. According to the tracking information, the package was marked as delivered on August **, 2024, and did not require a signature. However, I have not received the package as of today. I attempted to reach out to the merchant multiple times through their website by submitting support tickets, but I have not received any response from them. As a result, I contacted my bank to inquire about a refund, and they initiated a dispute on my behalf. The merchant has since responded, stating that the package was indeed delivered to me. I am rejecting this response because:I am writing to formally address the delivery status of my package with tracking number ************, which was reported as "Delivered" on Aug. **, 2024 at ***** a.m. , based on your records. Unfortunately, the package has not arrived at my address, and I would like to ask that this issue be looked into further.
I have verified with everyone in my family and looked over the delivery place, but the item is nowhere to be located, even though the tracking information indicates that the shipment has been delivered. Additionally, I confirmed that there were no delivery problems, such as missed attempts or carrier-left notice slips.
In consideration of these information, I think there might have been a mistake or overlook in the delivery procedure that needs more investigation. Furthermore, I would like to inform you that my bank has closed the chargeback in favor of the merchant.Sincerely,

On November *, 2024, the merchant agreed for me to return the item and provided me with a return waybill. I was told that once they have received and inspected the item, they would issue my refund, minus the $***** return shipping fee and the 15% restocking fee for opened drones. We have purchased this TV from Visions and it was delivered damaged and we didn't report the damage within ** hour, so they said that we only can process delivery damages within ** hours of delivery date. We asked them to repair it or exchange it as we have * year warranty and their response contact the manufacturer. We have asked the agent to escalate this ticket within Visions but they keep saying contact the manufacturer. So they will not even honor the * year warranty we have with Visions. I ordered an **" tv online, and it got delivered on July ** 2024. I am rejecting this response because:I've had lengthy discussions with them and of course they will always site the policy. Which is yes, if that's the case, it's my fault for not opening it up in time. If you look at through the complaints about them, you'll see similar issues. The items is delivered damage. I am rejecting this because it is a big amount of money, and all I did as a customer is to not open the box within ** hours.

Air Fryer did not work, BLEW MY POWER OFF. Took one day to fix it, lost food in freezer/fridge. NO LIGHTS until Res *** fixed it next day. Very distressed. Was tiny, not for *** people. Photos lied. Shows family meals on box. My Complaint - refused a refund - had to be within 30 days, but no store helped how to return. No compassion unable to walk/pain and was in Hospital. Told me get replacement from maker, but it was TINY and none of the photos of supposed cooked food on the box were true. Feeds *** but my one burger was too big and only half cooked, then blew my breaker. Too small so a replacement is useless.Online purchase Dec ** 2023. No stores answered phones to tell me how to return until Feb. Returns on website impossible to find. DID NOT WORK and my trial meat was garbage. Lost money. Months time wasted calling.
