      As you given us an information about update

      they never gave us an update on regular basis ,they must be sincere toward their customer as of now they never update us

      We are waiting fir our money back from *** June 2024 without money not able to go further for new unit , Can you imagine a family without fridge

      so this is a ********** a mental ******* 

      What you can do for this ignorance , we expect from you to realise them a ****** to be responsible for their customers

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As we place  order on ***** 2024 and item was delivered on * June 2024, after this we are receiving cheque on ** July 2024 i.e. * month and ** days. Even after lots of follow up and after complaint to BBB , if we look into the whole matter anybody can found it is simply negligence ,irresponsibility and mental ********** to the customer ,how can someone manage there household without refrigerator for such a long time  ,this amount is not a small amount. How it is possible we went to buy other fridge until we get the refund. The thing is to make the merchant responsible , because they are not paying any compensation as to make them realize so that company could improve their system in future to avoid the mental harassment and pressure on customer and company could understand the accountability toward the community where from the company is getting their business, so my humble request to you  please stand the accountability of company and ask them to pay compensation . We are really appreciate your efforts and the time you invest for us and thanks from the side of my family , now we can go for purchasing a new fridge .

      I am rejecting this response because:

      We are very surprised with the way you are dealing with this negligence which is done by your company .Why you are trying to put your responsibilities on others . Although  order and the payment  was placed to the VISIONS so responsibility stand on  the company  whosoever taking the payment and order for the product . We are astonished why you are letting us know that you can not able force delivery company for compensation , although it is your internal matter whosoever is involved to deliver the product to costumer, it is none of our business. And it is very clear that you are just trying to passing the buck . 

      Furthermore very smartly you are twisting from the main scenario by offering us with some discounts and  why  you did not disclose the discounted amount if you are fair enough, moreover do you think after a worst harassment for * months we will ever visit or recommend your store in future. So please don't try to bound us with your store on the name of compensation. It is our humble request to you take the responsibility of yours customers and don't disrespect the purpose of compensation.

      I submitted a warranty rebate at the beginning of March 2024 and was told that I submitted to early and that it can't be processed till the **** .The email stated that I don't have to resubmit anything and that it will processed on the **** automatically. I received the rebate on the **** of March as promised but the expiry of the rebate was dated for Feb 2024. So now that the rebate is already expired the store won't apply it to any purchase and told me to contact customer service to correct the issue. I have sent multiple emails about this issue with NO response so then I tried the 1 *** customer service contact * separate times with no solution either . All * calls I made were exactly the same . You are put on hold for the next representative but at the **min and ** second **** the system says that they are to busy and hangs up on you . If you don't respond to emails then answer your phone . I have better things to do then wait on hold for over ** min with out a solution. It's very easy for you to take the extended warranty money when a purchase is made but you find it hard to issue a rebate as per your policy if the extended warranty wasn't used. It will be very easy in the future to decline all extended warranties offered from your stores and I hope others do the same

      I have purchased a tv through visions *******. At the time I was sold an extended warranty and was told if I dont use the warranty within the * years to come back to the store and I will be provided with a credit for the amount I paid. Today I received a email advising that I got the credit but in order to use the credit I would need to spend double the amount of what the credit is. Not once was I told this when purchasing and it also does not have this anywhere on the policy online.

      I purchased a new pc from visions electronics on Dec **** 2023 on Jan **** 2024 I took it back because it stopped working on Feb **** they called me and told me I'd get a new pc or my money back on Monday Feb **** I call them Monday they tell me it will be the Feb **** Thursday so I call them Thursday Feb **** now they say we are ordering you a new one so I call today March *** and ask when's it going to be here I don't seem to get any sort of answer and am worried I'm getting ******* at this point maybe you guys could look into it I attached my service recipe

      I ordered a ** online from Visions on February **, 2024 (Order # *********, ******* *** ** ***** ************ *** ** ******** for $****** ($*** plus $***** GST). It was delivered in the afternoon on February **, 2024. I did not have the time to take it out of the packaging and assemble it until March *, 2024, as I work ** hour shifts and March * was my first day off since the delivery. When I finally got it all set up and in position, I turned it on only to see that the screen was broken and clearly damaged at the top right hand side area. This damage is not noticeable until the ** was turned on. So, I took it down, put it back into the box and emailed Visions along with photos of the damage to the ** and visible damage to the bottom of the box as well. Because it was the weekend, I did not get a reply until Monday March *, 2024 (Ticket number ******) Unfortunately, "*****" informed me in the reply that "your request is outside of our listed window for damage claims. Per our Shipping and Delivery page and your shipment confirmation email, damages must be reported to us within ** hours to qualify for a damage claim, as we are required to submit any claims to the shipping carrier within this time". So even though Visions promises a ** day money back guarantee and * year warranty, they are refusing to budge in this case ,

      I am rejecting this response because: This ridiculous policy provides a very short and unreasonable window for the customer to ensure the product is not damaged after delivery. ** hours is not long enough, it should be at least ** hours. As well, this policy should be more boldly in the ad, not hidden away in small print. ****** way for the company not to have to deal with broken electronics. Very very unethical and not caring about the consumer at all. We will never ever purchase from Visions again and will let as many people know about this as possible. There is really nothing else to say.

      We purchased an ** inch ** from visions and when we got it home and unboxed and set it up, there were black lines running through the entire screen so we contacted visions and they agreed to us bringing it back and exchanging it for the same model. They told us they would not have another one in stock for at least a week so we kept the ** here And used it until they called and said the new one was in stock. The morning we returned the ** we boxed it all up in its original packaging and took the ** to visions, and when the vision staff unboxed the **, there was a small crack in the corner of the screen and that crack was not there when we boxed it up but because the manager was not in the store at the time, the staff said they couldnt do anything without manager approval. When we did talk to the manager, he told us to give him a week, but it wouldnt be a problem and he would make sure we got the new **. He would be able to exchange the ** for us, and he would even pay our gas For driving from our community to Lethbridge to have to go through the hassle of returning the ** and coming back again a second time. We talked to the owner today which is a week later and he told us he didnt think there was much he was going to be able to do for us. We spent over $**** on the ** and we have not been offered a full refund or an exchange or any other sort of resolution to the problem. The manager only spoke to us today because we happen to get him on the phone but prior to today we tried phoning him numerous times only to be told he was too busy to talk to us or he wasnt in store. We do not know how the crack got in the screen, because when we were packaging it up, it was fine, but regardless the screen already had black horizontal lines, running through it, so it already was defective.

      On December **, 2023, I purchased * **s. They were delivered on December **, 2023 but one of them was damaged. According to their policies you much report a damaged item within ** hours of receiving it. I reported the issue with a couple of hours of receiving it. I did not receive a response from them until December **, where they requested I send images of all 6 sides of the box, serial number on the *** serial number on the box, all internal packaging, the ** turned on, damages to the **. I sent all of these pictures to them on December **. I did not hear back from them again until January **, where they asked me if I would like "a replacement or refund for the damaged unit." I requested a replacement. I have not heard back from them since January **, despite *** follow *** for an update. I do not want a refund I want a replacement and I want the damaged product picked up.

      Vision Electronics i contacted for a refund about a letter they sent me for a shipping charge of *** that i cancelled and they were to sent me a email on the matter but didn't till i contacted them and when they said they would refund me the said my credit card was flagged or fraudulent just because i wanted a refund back

      Bought tv on August **,2021 Paid extra for * years warranty.They suppose to repair or replace my tv if I find an issue with when I'm still insured Already wrote a review on this business in bbb.org there is more details about that issue They came for service for * times but did not fixed the issue and everytime they say they cannot find it even I have the video proofs of issue.I'm not satisfied at all please do something I'm stuck looks like I lost my money.

      Complaint: ********I am rejecting this response because:As I mentioned before my tv have a problem of flickering and picture got freeze every week or every * week because we rarely use it so that's why I'm not able to see it daily because we are not heavy tv users. Your customer service never pick up the call. Plus your tv service guys came for first time and they didn't even take the tv in their store to check properly they just changed parts of it in my house only. Even it didn't fix anything they have been experimenting my tv and now I can't keep this tv with me and I'm still insured my tv is defected piece as I am the user of tv if you can't replicate the issue then who would. I just want to get rid of this tv I don't wanna argue more for this . I already attached proof of my tv problem.Consider my complaint in serious way please I'm fed up with the service now . I Don't wanna comment bad for this company so please do something about it. For second service they took TV for almost 2 weeks even then they are not able to replicate the issue I have proper proof and all for my tv issue if it's not happening in front of them that's not my problem it's happening in front of me that's my problem. So as you are treating me it's not seems you are honoring your because customer service is completely ignoring me I called them about ** or ** times in past few days and that's working business days they never answer one.As you are saying me to contact heartland store from where I bought tv they never help I have been to them several times with videos in my phone of flickering a screen of tv. They always recommend me to talk to service guys or head office about this issue. So I'm not calling them because it's just a waste of time because they always ends with telling me to put online complaint. So this is my final call and my humble request to do something for tv.Thanks Sincerely,*******************
