    Im extremely upset with Blondie Boutique. I had ordered items back in early 2023, one item never even showed up after 3 months and I had returned 3 other items. The item that never showed up was $109 and when o got the refund, they refunded me $51.50 For the other items, I received the refund in a form of a gift card, the amount put on the ** was $136.43. A few months had passed and I tried to use the gift card, this is April 2023, they are no longer in business, the website said permanently closed. I had then tried to email them and said that they would be re-launching in the first or second week of May 2023. The time came and gone and I tried to make an order. The same thing happened. I tried 3 or 4 times to give me my actual money back and ghosted.I received no respond.I believe they now go by the name of ****** ********** I would truthfully air on the side of caution if you purchase from the. 1) the clothes may not arrive 2)if you dont like something you wont get your money back.They promote themselves as Canadian however nothing of their products are Canadian made and everything comes from ***** and so poorly made. The items I had purchased werent cheap however the quality stayed otherwise.

    Did not receive a bunch of items I’d ordered. Talked to Blondie earlier last year, told me to speak to bank to have charges reversed as they were having trouble fulfilling the order. In oct 2023, a refund was attempted on my account. Yesterday ( jan 4 2024), I was recharged that amt from Blondie. My bank told me to speak to them ( Blondie)- however they’re closed. Now have to go into bank to fight the charges again

    I am so disappointed. I ordered AND PAID IN FULL cardigan on January 14. I emailed and received a response that they were undergoing maintenance and that my order would be sent no later than February 15. Fast forward to April, still nothing. I emailed two more times, and no response. They took $103 of my money and ran.

    I ordered a dress from this site in November. The photos of the dress were from a particular brand that I have purchased before through this site and is amazing quality, so that's what I thought I was purchasing. I ended up getting a package that shipped directly from *****, and when it arrived the dress was nothing near the quality I expected, it was incredibly poorly made. The tag on the dress read "Blondie", leading me to believe that the company was using photos from another brand, then having knock-offs made.I returned the dress and got store credit. I went to use the credit in January only to find the website saying that it was "down for maintenance" and would be up early February. That has come and gone, and each "opening date" they've given me has been untrue. I have no faith that the store will reopen and am must trying to get my money back at this point.

    Love Blondie and have been a loyal customer for many years - being a business owner Covid brought with it many struggles and challenges that none of us could have ever foreseen or predicted Blondie included but they were very transparent with me about the issues with my order and refunded me in full rather than even trying to ship my most recent order.
    I will continue to love and support them going forward.
    I get compliments and asked about items I have purchased here all the time. The items I have purchased have also stood up to some major wear and tear. I hope that all the struggles they are facing at the moment get sorted out so I can go back to shopping from them.

    Sadly I have to write a very bad review for this boutique I once loved and once highly recommended. However on Dev 26th 2022 I ordered 3 items, one which was a pre-order so I knew there would be a delay on receiving that item. However it is now February 8th 2023 and I have yet to receive any of my items. On January 11th I received a email stating that two of my items had shipped but still nothing . When initially contacted them , they stated I needed to wait 15 business days from the date I received that notice . I was trying to be understanding and still nothing, I then wrote one on day 15 or when my order was to show up and stated I wanted a refund. They sent me a 20 dollar GC apologized and provided a new tracking number. I thanked them and was still trying to be understanding. I emailed them yesterday after close to a week of that email and have heard nothing. I just want my money back at this point.

    I placed my order 6 weeks ago and have yet to receive it. I contacted Blondie Boutique twice and I received the same canned message. Blondie Boutique was a staple when it had a brick-and-mortar shop in Calgary. Since transitioning 100% eCommerce, the products are not what is depicted in photos, the products are low quality, the styles are provocative and no longer tasteful, prices are outrageous compared to other online and honest retailers, and customer service is almost non-existent. This new business model is a sham. Shop with a different retailer that protects its customers - you’ll find better prices too. I demand a refund.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered because being in ************ I assumed shipping from ******* would be quick. Wow, how WRONG was I. They no longer ship from *******, in fact they don't even ship from ******. I ordered over 1 month ago now from their Boxing Day sale and have yet to receive my package. **************** was less than helpful, they basically said they ship from a warehouse out of country so they can't even estimate when the package might arrived. Also discovered the only option for a refund is a gift card so basically I just gave them $80 for nothing. Absolute garbage.

    I have been shopping at Blondie since they first opened, the products are amazing all top quality. The staff and owner have always been so helpful with their knowledge and style. I have never had any issues and highly recommend Blondie Boutique to anyone who wants an amazing wardrobe!!

    AWFUL.... trying to support a 'Canadian' company as a CANADIAN and wish I had seen these reviews prior. I ordered a jacket and two shirts on Jan 7th. Received a notification for my order on the 16th however it says my shipping number is invalid. The 28th I received an email saying one of my shirts I ordered was refunded. Not even sure I received the correct amount back either. Maybe you should actually have the **** in stock before attempting to sell it. Super annoyed that not only will I not receive what I actually ordered because they cancelled part of it...I may not even receive it at all. NOT WORTH YOUR EFFORT, TIME, OR MONEY. Find a better company.
