    Ordered a month ago. The only update says partially shipped and of course the tracking # doesn't work. Reading the reviews shows this appears to be a common problem. Will be reporting as fraud to my CC company as they will not refund my money.

    I ordered 3 items from this company over a month ago and still havent received it!I tried to track my order but tracking number was invalid!Contacted the company and did get a response within 24 hours that told me my order was held up at customs?! I thought it was based out of ******* which is where I live! Not sure why it would have to go through customs??? They have me a link to track my package and Canada post says its waiting for a label from the company!?I am trying to be positive with this company but reading other reviews and waiting for so long for my order I am thinking i may have been scammed!?Hopefully that is not the case.

    DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!! You will be terribly disappointed in their lack of customer service and basically communication and well lack of product.I have placed orders in the past, when they were a storefront and never had any issues. I placed an order in the 30th. I emailed them on December 12th asking if the order will be shipped. They didnt reply to my email but proceeded to send me a tracking number thats it. I checked a few days later and the tracking is still showing nothing. I emailed them again if I was to get this order before Christmas. I wasnt surprised when my email was unanswered again.Its sad that a local business here in ******* now has a crappy reputation when their name is brought up. I clearly wont be getting my order anytime soon or ever at this rate. I will be dealing with my credit card company to get my money back, cause I wont get it from them.I truly hope the owner of this establishment reads every single one of these reviews and learns to fix these issues instead of using my money and others to fund her overseas trip!

    I am extremely disappointed in this company. I like to support local as much as possible within our own province. Turns out all their clothes aren't coming from their shop. I ordered a Christmas dress Nov 5th for Dec 9th that they still don't know where it is or is at customs. I ordered some other things Black Friday that are currently coming from *****. It is misleading to say the least and extremely disappointing. I will be doing more digging from now on, I imagine the same clothes I am ordering from this company I can probably get on Amazon for 1/2 the price.

    I ordered a dress for my birthday (over 100 CAD) over a month ago and have been trying to get in contact with someone as the tracking was turned off on the item after it supposedly shipped ?? I cannot get ahold of anyone through the website chat or email, and there is no one answering the phone. :( So sad, I was really looking forward to wearing that dress on my birthday and I think I just got scammed instead. I guess I will be going to my bank and reporting the company as a fraud if I don't hear back soon.

    I wish I could give this negative stars! BEWARE to all online shoppers - this store is a SCAM! I was one of the unfortunate people to have fallen for their great Instagram posts and website models. I placed 2 orders from this site, one right after the other so I had no idea what to expect. I ordered a 2XL in a shirt and a L skirt. I am typically a large and wear everything oversized. It finally arrived after 2 weeks from *****. No tags. Worst quality Ive ever seen (and I work in the fashion industry) and these wouldnt even fit my size 0 sister. Not to mention I complained and received no response and on their fake a** website, it says no refunds. An online store not offering refunds?!!!?! Scam scam scam! Ps the second package arrived and same ******** as the first. This company should be shutdown.

    I too have been a victim of poor communication and complete lack of customer service regarding a back order. Have now been waiting over 4 months and keep getting vaguely told the stock will be in soon… and then it’s not! Sickened to find out other people have waited twice as long. This is not the way pre orders work with reputable companies. I’ve never had to pre- pay for an item that isn’t even in yet.

    If I could give this negative stars I would.I just had the worst shopping experience ever at one of your stores. I was continuously followed around. Any thing I touched they tried to sell me. Then when it came to the items I actually wanted to try on I chose one size and your employees thought otherwise and got me 2-3x the size I normally wear and put it in my dressing room instead. I know what size I wear. I dont need your employees to body shame me and tell me what size they think I am. Ive shopped at your store before so I know what size I am in your brand specifically. It was humiliating at minimum and rage inciting. If your goal is to make your customers feel like absolute ****, Id say youve succeeded in your mission. I was so upset I went back into the store to educate the staff on how absolutely ** ** that is. Its the only store ever to do that to me and I have never been more disappointed in a company as I am with this one. Do better.

    Horrible experience. Never ever buying anything through them again! I purchased 2 items that were on back-order. I thought ok, I'll wait 2 months whatever. It's been ****** 8 months and I still have NOTHING!! From February through April I got responses saying that they had the items coming in that week and they would make sure to bump up my order. They kept saying that they were back logged and just finishing up October orders and would get to mine within the next weeks. That's it. I'm calling my CC and calling this business a scam. Lack of respect for customers who pay for items they purchase!
