      Well I have found the company to be. *********, uncaring and in fact they fact have been raising there rent so get people out. So the can rent it for more. $1000 to almost $1600.All they are interested in is making money. They have not kept the buildings in good repair.*** ***** ********** **** ******** ** *** ********** ** **** *** ** **** they do not upkeep the building or clean on a regular basis. the laundery rooms are dirty and the machines are allways broken. *** **** ****** *** ** ****** ******** ** *** **** *********** ** ** ***** ** * **** ******* *** ** ****. And do not give them your banking info as they will take to much out or to soon.or a whole year of rent. And they are very dismissive when you do have a question or concern. I do not recommend for anyone to rent from them. They do not deserve a star. but I have to leave something

      I would give a 0 star if i could. Between the lack of respect shown to tenants, the complete disregard for lease agreements, to non-compliance of safety and security, this company has shown no interest in representing the professional promises they have made. 5 years with them, and each year is getting worse and worse. We pay way too much for way too little. If it were not for location, we would be elsewhere. The local office staff behave with ignorance and indifference towards any and all complaints. Hidden Fees, posturing to get their own way, "pests" not being properly dealt with, removing of good staff whom do their jobs, and replacing with the laziest and most disrespectful individuals imaginable. The service is Atrocious. Now the company wants to prey on Tenant Ignorance and try and force Lease-Agreement changes.

      I would like to say how appreciative I was for having Ramirr as my leasing specialist. He was very informative and when the first location didn't pan out for us he kept looking for a place for us. I hope if I have to look for a new place in the future that I can ask Ramirr for assistance again.

      We had a couple mice getninto our backyard and they were dealt with rather quickly. Now, however, they're getting into our apartment and they're telling me that there's nothing they can do until they get hold of pest control and it could take 2 - 3 business days?!?!?!?!? Asked if they could at least send a maintenance guy to lay some sticky traps and was told they don't do that. I told them that I have a new sofa. If it gets in there......they're going to be the ones replacing it!! Told them that at least when Midwest owned it, there wasn't any issues getting done.

      Great rental living experience with Avenue Living on ***********************************. The whole team is very prompt & especially ***************************** , Residential Portfolio Manager guides each & every renter on any issue personally & resolves every issue very quickly. Rate him, his ***************************** with 10/10 or 5 star rating & recommend all to rent there, whoever want to, for a peaceful residence and living over there. Best Regards

      I'd give 0 stars. I moved in to this townhouse of theirs in May 2022 in **********. Have had nothing but maintenance issues since being here - 3 pages on paper actually. Dealing with rotten bathroom floor and sewer backing up in the basement. Continual fight with local and regional offices, zero communication, been hung up on, and as of today, threatened with their legal team because I know my rights and know they are required to fix these issues to bring this rental up to Alberta Health standards. Can never speak to head office, none of my complaints about local management are dealt with. I would recommend staying away from this company.
