      I ordered a beautiful bouquet of flowers for my daughter's 60th birthday on March 5th, 2023. The bouquet that was sent was not the one I ordered and it wasn't delivered on the right day, even though they had plenty of time to have it ready. She had to go to *********** herself to pick it up. The box had, "this side up" printed on it, but the flowers had been packed in it upside down, By the time she got the parcel the roses and lilies were wilting and petals had fallen off due to the dryness of the sponge they were put in. I was ok with the change in the flowers, as they told me in advance that the ones I chose were not available. The reason for choosing the delivery date was so that my daughter would be sure to be at home to receive the gift. Instead, they arrived after her birthday. I wrote to Bloomex several times, but all they would offer was a discount on my next order, which isn't going to happen as there will never be a next order. Now they have my $60 and my daughter has no flowers. I have pictures to prove the above complaint.

      I’d like to make a complaint regarding order #******** To be honest , I consider such business as a *****. Flowers was delivered, but unfortunately bouquet was not even close to the picture that is provided in Bloomex site. Moreover at the picture in their site is a middle size of bouquet, I’ve ordered a supersize… Delivered “Supersize” bouquet was smaller than at the picture. To say that I am upset is to say nothing …I’ve sent email to them, this is what I received: “ Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please kindly note that the bouquet you ordered in supersize includes 7 White Roses, 4 White Roses Spray, and 5 Lavender Flowers in stock. Upon reviewing the images provided, we confirmed that the arrangement received aligns with our policy and item description. The flowers were fresh, and the arrangement was beautifully crafted. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. Your business holds great importance for us, and we're dedicated to enhancing your future experiences with us. Therefore, we would be more than happy to issue you a store credit under your Bloomex account for a value of $20. Please expect an email soon with instructions.” I wish If I could attach pictures here, unfortunately I do not see the option…there weren't 4 white roses spray, lavender flowers were small and barely noticeable….bouquet looked as 25 dollars value, definitely not 73.46 dollars. Actually I cannot understand how such a ***** business still has a place in Canada… I hope this review can help someone…

      I had placed an online order for a beautiful arrangement of Gerbera daisies to be delivered for my daughters birthday. Bloomex emailed me to say they were unable to provide what I ordered and would provide a substitution. I was a little worried about what the substitution might be, because historically other florists that Ive used Ive not been happy with what was delivered for the price I was paying. I want to say how absolutely thrilled I am with what you substituted them with not only beautiful roses In the same colour as the Gerbera daisies advertised, ( which were all oranges and yellows) but so many of them!! More than a dozen roses!! Im totally impressed with the substitution, so thank you so much for putting great care into making my gift to my daughter beautiful

      Once my order was placed, I got constant triplicate updates via email and text, saying something changed on my order, with no further details. When I tried to call the 1-888 phone number listed, I got an automated message that the number doesn’t work from my area ********* *******. No local numbers listed anywhere. I emailed their info email address asking what the change was, no response in the last 3 days. Order was delivered and my friend says she did get the items I ordered, along with additional cookies, so at least the delivery did happen. But my friend was stuck in the hospital longer than expected, so I would have liked to be able to reach them to ask to change the home delivery date. Very unprofessional.

      Verty great customer service and they provided exceptional service. I ordered my mom flowers for her birthday and they delivered a beautiful bouquet, so much better than I thought. I loved it. She was so happy!
