      They substituted roses for the bouquet I ordered. All the petals fell off the roses within three days. The flowers were a gift for a special couple so I was extremely embarrassed.

      I ordered a flower arrangement and Bloomex went above & beyond my expectations! They were fast and reliable..plus the flowers were so beautiful!!! I will definitely be using them again soon!

      husband absent mindedly ordered bouquet for my birthday to be delivered on Aug..16. & paid extra to be delivered in the morning. The flowers arrived 24 hr. later. The worst business & florist. Should be shut down. Second time their service has not been as promised! When looking for a florist in ************, their site appears, duping the person ordering from Bloomex, as did happen to my Husband.

      so impressed with bloomex. we ordered a gift basket for a helpful neighbour and she loved it. Communication from placing the order to delivery was excellent. Highly recommend!

      I have to say I am impressed with the customer service I received when I visited them. I purchased a wonderful arrangement and the quality of flowers at a low price. The flowers lasted at least 3 days longer than expected. I will definitely visit again.

      I placed an order on Friday for delivery on Monday. On Monday morning I find an email telling me they can't deliver on Monday to the requested location which iI wanted as a Special Birthday gift. So I had to find another Florist. They would not refund my money - only gave me a store credit which can't be used for delivery or taxes - which I have already paid in the initial amount. $120.00 credit is not anything I can afford to have laying around - I seldom order flowers! Not happy with the way this was handled!
