Had a representative from Advance Level Roofing at my home last night . Cold called , not invited , commenced to telling me my roof is an illegal product ,it is failing . Now he googles 3 tab organic shingles to show me they have been banned for sale since 2010 . Note - he gathered all his info on my roof from my neighbors driveway . When informed I had my roof replaced 8 years ago , he responded - well your roofer installed an illegal shingle . I asked him point blank - so my roofer installed an illegal roof ? He told me not to twist his words . Your representative was both rude and aggressive in his tactics , yet when I wouldn't accept his word on my roof he didnt go to any more of my neighbors , found this odd . Contacted my roofer today to find out if your representative was factual or not . My roofers reply was shingles bought form IKO , delivered by roofmart , can still by my exact shingles today . So your representative is not only aggressive and rude , he was factually incorrect . After my dealing with your representative , I will definitely not use your company and will share my experience with others . I hope he didn't convince any others to replace their roofs with this sales line .Advanced Level Roofing Corp.

If you want a good roof from good people use this company we have nothing but good things to say! *** was our roofer and he did the roof in about 5 hours and did my neighbours all in one day both roofs look great and they even cleaned up really well!!!Advanced Level Roofing Corp.

Worst company I ever dealt withthey were supposed to lay tarps didnt, found over 200 roofing nails and roofing debris all over our yard. Workers threw their half eaten lunch, caulking and garbage all over our yard, even damaged our neighbors property. Called them about issues and quality of roof and had a poor response, didnt feel confident in roofing job and got a 3rd party inspection done..multiple issues with workmanship, poor rating. Long story short dont give this company a dollar of your money they hire incompetent contractors that dont care, damage you property and only care about being paid.Advanced Level Roofing Corp.

Had one of the worst experience with these guys.Unprofessional-Installation didn't happen in 15 days, no communication. After that received a message twice that it will begin the other day, but no one turned up n no one informed either Rude-I started following up. Sales guy, by mistake sent me an internal mail where he referred me in Not-So-Friendly manner.Tardy-Finally turned in Nov 1 week only to tell me that they cant bcz of lack of labor n snow on the roof. Finally scheduled n came for installation in November last week. Despite snow on the roof, asked me to trust them (biggest mistake) n gave me in writing that company will be responsible for any damage to home n personal. Untrustworthy-I was told theyll b putting up tarps n cleaning everything using magnet for nails leaving no mess behind. Yet i noticed only my driveway was covered with tarp, ran their truck on my front lawn while there was hardly any tarp anywhere else. Il let the pics speak for themselves Irresponsible-Within 1 month of installation, my kitchen chimney started leaking heavily (this is renovated home and inspected twice within 12 months of this service, no complaints of attic rain either) We discovered, the kitchen vent pipe was cut and was blowing air in attic which caused icicles formation in the attic. Called in, but no response Lethargic-Next day an inspector comes in n he confirmed that while installing the roof, they accidently cut the vent pipe. We found similar condition in garage where pipe was not even connected to vent and was left wide open. Resulting in heavy attic rain and huge icicles formation.Worst **************Then starts a long and tiring conversation with these guys to make them understand that they caused this.Goons-After months of followup, they send in a guy only to remove duct tape and put rubber bands. Ill let the pic speak for itself. On demanding a proper fix, i was ignored *** ********** Horrible and worst business people I ever came across.Advanced Level Roofing Corp.
