      Invoice date Aug 28 2023 in the amount of *****. I went to a windshield repair in the parking lot of ******* last year and was not asked if I wanted an annual renewal but the person doing the repair billed an annual renewal to my credit card. I was surprised to see a charge of $***** to my mastercard on august 18 2023. I called the company and waited on hold for an extended time, then my call was cut off. I tried canceling the charge online. Mastercard advises that the cancellation of the charge has not occurred. I would like a refund of $***** as I did not request this annual plan but was tricked into it by the parking lot sales person.

      I just need the Deco team to correct their mistake on my account that I cant access, I paid ****** on June 16 2023,. I did get someone to find my missing receipt and that is when I discovered their mistake wrong email, wrong person and wrong contact phone. I have sent a reply with my correct info and 2 weeks later still no response. The invoice number is...0D2ACE40-0005... So far 15 emails,10 phone calls and spoke with one of their team at the location where the repair took place, still no one fixing they have access to my bank card for payment next year with renewal BUT I have no access to my account it uses emails and they have mine wrong. All that needs to be done is move MY receipt using the above invoice number to my email.. ********************** they have wrong person on my info. I had this service on June 16 2023 but still no resolution after phone call's( unanswered) and at lest 15 emails it seems that they don't seem to be concerned that i paid money but I have NO customer service to correct their mistake.

      I had my windshield repaired in June 2022. For the last 3 months, they have charged me a renewal fee of $59.99 which I have never signed up for. They then follow up in a day or so with another invoice that had $0 in the amount but nowhere does it say PAID. This gives the impression that there is no charge. This renewal fee is supposedly to be annually, but they keep charging me. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR THIS. They are not available when I call them. BBB Please stop this.

      This "business" ************ charged me for a membership which was cancelled 2 years ago. They re-activated my membership without my approval. They managed to find out my new credit card CCV number, again without my approval, and charged me over **** dollars for a service I don't want and didn't ask for. In reading some of their online reviews I see that they have done this many times to many customers. It appears that this isn't a mistake..it is their business model! *******

      Like many others, I had a small chip in my windshield repaired at a kiosk in *******. I paid the required amount, but did not sign on for a repair plan. When I received notification that my charge card was going to be charged ****** for a repair plan, I immediately tried to reach the company and tried several methods to reach them including a phone that was never answered, pressed numbers that were never responded to and responded on email to tell them to cancel and not to charge my card as I was not paying it! However, as with many others, nothing happened, except the charge went through and my statement showed a payment to Deco. My concern is that this will go on unless I can find a way to reach them. I absolutely do not want any further dealing with this company!

      The business I am filing this complaint about is Deco Windshield Repair and their annual repair plan charges with automatic renewal and the methods with which I have tried to cancel the auto renewal plans.I've tried multiple methods for cancelling all plans that are associated with my account and have been unable to complete the process. When I've tried to cancel with this email link *************************************** I've not had any response. When I tried to call the ************** phone number to cancel, I was placed on hold and after several minutes, told that I had reached the office "outside of office hours". My initial call was placed at 11:03 AM on ********* **** **** I've also tried cancelling the plan via the website, but when I click through on the "cancel" button, I'm directed to a "404 NOT FOUND" message. I have also tried to click on the "Request Refund" link on the decorepair.com 'site and have been directed to a "404 NOT FOUND" error.When I visited my account profile page, it showed five different vehicles in my "Garage", none of which have a license number or vehicle identification.       I attended ******** and ***********, in ********, on ****** **** **** for a Chip Repair at Deco Windshield Orange Tent near Sobeys. Deco uses tablets with no Tap for outside Chip Repair. You can pay Debit or Credit, but you must enter your info in the tablet including Name, Email, and card info for processing.Repair took about 30 minutes. Nice guy, and I gave him a Tip for service. Approximately 15 minutes after I left the Deco Repair Tent, I started getting hundreds of Spam emails (297 to be precise). I called Deco ******** and spoke with ****** who said he was a Manager. He said Deco Chip Repair had nothing to do with what happened with my Spam emails and must have been someplace else that had my email. (I get maybe one Junk Mail a month, if that) ****** asked me to text him pics of the Spam I did. As Im speaking with him about the emails, I get a notice from my Bank I have ***** left in my account that had thousands in it before the repair. I advise ****** he asks me to text him pics of my Bank acct. Yeah, NO.Money was moved via Interac Charges out of the account which means your Bank cant protect you as the funds are in third party hands, in this case Interac.I then called Deco Windshield Repair *********** in ******* and spoke with *** who seemed like a nice guy, but he only answers the phone.       DECO offers a repair plan where they tout their year-round availability of services. Their ******** Repair Bay falsely advertises operating hours of 8AM to 4PM, Monday to Friday. The service sounded too good to be true, but I took a chance on one of their annual repair plans. About a week ago I got a new crack on my windshield, which according to the repair parameters of their website, was a small enough crack to fix m(~4 inches); I used 4 consecutive lunch hours to visit the repair bay, and each time (contrary to their door signage), the business was closed with no notice or indication of hours changing. The **** Representative ******* did not address my issue, only deflected. Due to this egregious false advertising, the crack has grown and today I visited one of their tent locations but the employee was unable to fill the crack which is now in my line of vision (it wasn't before and would have been stopped before it could spread there). I now need to pay upwards of ****** to replace the windshield for safety purposes and I feel that **** is responsible. * ***** ** ******** ***** ****** ***** ** *** ***** *** ****** ** *** ************* *** *** ************ ************

      I requested repair to chips on my windshield on ******** (Rio Can Mall) in ******, ****** on ********* ***** **** ** ***** **. I was told I would be charged *** because I was a CAA member. After what looked like a questionable effort at filling the chips with crazy glue & a blade (?) by 4 different young guys who were being trained (?), I was told they only took CC & the lead guy asked me for my email address. I then got an email telling me I had been charged ***, with tax ***, and I had unknowingly been signed up for a membership I did not want. I reviewed the email and there is no connection with CAA. I logged onto the *********** cannot delete any of my information. I was able only to select do not renew membership that I didnt sign up for.Im thinking of canceling my CC - ******* **** ****** **** *** **** *** ** *** *******.
