      Do NOT take your business here and do NOT give them any credit card information. I went to have a windshield chip repaired last year, and I was reviewing my credit card statements this past week and saw that I had over $233 charged on my credit card from them for a repair plan that I never received any confirmation on via email as promised. The fine print on the website states that members will be contacted when their renewal date approaches in order to manage this, which again, was never received. I have tried to contact them via phone multiple times where they say the average wait time will only be 7 minutes only to be on hold forever and then have the automated messaging say that I am calling outside of business hours despite being well within their business hours of 8am-4:30pm. Similarly, I've followed up with their Support Email several times to no avail. Avoid at all costs.

      The kid who repaired my window in the parking lot three years ago seemed nice enough, overcharged be for repairing a crack. It now seems obvious to me he receives some kind of incentive for giving my banking information to this corrupt company. DECO Windshield Repair has somehow managed to withdrawal their annual fee directly from my checking account without my permission for 2 years. I definitely didn't complete a direct debit preauthorization or ANY KIND. They don't even have my email address on file, so I have no member account to log into and have never received any confirmation email of any sort regarding my "subscription". No account number to even begin the cancellation process, No one answers the phone or emails. They should be shut down,

      We have been to a DECO repair tent, in ********, only a couple of times in the past 6 years. We do not have an account with them. We paid up front with a credit card and somehow they have held on to our credit card number. Recently, June 2023, SHOCKINGLY, they've processed my NEW CREDIT CARD. I'd like to know HOW they were able to obtain my new card number???? I've tried to reach out to a Manager by phone & email. I have not heard back from anyone. They continue to get away with this ****.

      I went to deco windshield repair tent in in ************ last week to get repair for small crack on windshield. But one guy started to repair it and it became big crack.when I contacted manager they are not responsible for that . Now I have to replace it. what is the fun in doing this repair? Actually I did not have enough money to change it thats why I went to repair it. But now I dont know what to do . Very bad customer service. Whatever they do on our ********************** we are only responsible. Please dont go there.

      They auto-renewed me for a "membership" 83 dollars! They sent an email saying I could manage my account in their new online "portal" but their is literally ZERO option in their portal to cancel your account or remove your credit card info, which they only have because I got my windshield repaired last year. Absolute ****. What a horrible company to do this to people!!! I'm trying to dispute the transaction through my bank now.

      Basically I experienced the same issue as everyone else has already posted... auto renewal of the subscription even when it's not wanted. The "negative option feature" they use (i.e. automatically renewing your subscription until you cancel) is not illegal but DECO also employs a couple of sneaky tricks to keep you paying. First, when I tried to cancel through their online "manage your plan" page, clicking the "cancel" button I got "SERVER ERROR". I could not cancel! I tried phoning their number, but no one would pick up, and there is no option to leave a message. I then emailed requesting cancellation and got an automated reply, but no confirmation of cancellation. So, DECO makes it impossible to cancel. Second, I finally I called my credit card company and learned they are only allowed to stop a billing if it's the same name as the original. This is the really sneaky part ,... DECO changes their renewal name slightly so even the credit card STOP BILLING procedure does not work! I had to cancel my card and get a new number. Pain in the ****.

      I have never had such an awful experience in my life.On the website it states Deco direct bills to insurance companies, so I went to an orange tent over my lunch break, as I have a package policy with SGI.First he tells me that they don't direct **** and that ill have to go to my broker for the refund.I let him continue and he turns my chip into a crack the size of my hand.He conned me into some sort of repair package for free to make up for his mistake but later I find out I will be billed $80/ year automatically off my credit card.I tell him I want it cancelled and he says he cant, ill have to do it from my account. WTF?Then when we are done I get my emailed receipt which has zero information about my vehicle and SGI denies my claim due to this.I will likely need an entire windshield replacement as I'm sure this crack will spread.Fabulous experience, NOT.

      I have been waiting for 2 months for my issue to be resolved. Support asked me how they could make this right. I offered a suggestion that they rejected. I offered more suggestions and they haven't replied. Customer support is really slow or non-existent. I reached out via ******** messenger and via email and still waiting on responses. Looks like lots have the same issue - I wish I read those before signing up.
