      $68 to stop a crack and one day later it split in 3 places. The guy who fixed it said it would hold and if there were any issues to come back. I went back to the pop up location where I was told that I had to contact corporate. I contacted them and they told me to bad, our work is not guaranteed as stated in the fine print. Do not take your car here

      Worst experience I've got, I've paid for almost 200 dollars in their branch in ***** (*********) to fix the chipped on my windshield but after few days the chipped runs and adds more Crack, and they're difficult to find or even call, I will never trust deco windshield, it's a ****.

      I have a recurring charge on my credit card from Deco which I don't recall signing up for. Unable to reach their customer service at the number listed: *********************. As mentioned by another reviewer, nobody picks up and the call eventually times out.

      Cancelled my plan with them a couple of weeks before auto renew was to take place but they charged me anyways. Tried to call them on the phone several times and no one answers. Emailed them and no replies.Now I am going to go through the dispute process with my credit card company.

      Overcharged again on automatic renewal with a mystery $20 charge along with the standard annual fee. Multiple attempts to reach a representaive without success. Emailed and requested an update every 2 weeks with no response.

      My review is the same ** ****************** Auto renewal came off my credit card without my consent. Cancelling is convoluted and non transparent on the website. Several emails sent without response (besides the auto generated one) and you CANNOT reach anyone by phone. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING! This is a **** with zero customer service!

      Don't, whatever you do, sign up for a recurring membership with these people. I cancelled my membership, and they charged me anyway. No chance of speaking to them on the phone, they don't respond to emails. Terrible, terrible company.

      Where is the Deco office in Calgary? I’ve been charged twice in less than a year for the repair membership, tried to get a hold of anyone and has not been possible either online or by phone. What a horrible service! The portal is of no help! Nobody answers the phone in Winnipeg which is the office I supposed to contact. Terrible business. Disappointing.

      I went to have a chip repaired, 1/16" in size and I was told that "the same rock hit it in 2 places", WHAT??? "That chip would require extra resins, and the cost would be $95.00" yes this is not a typo $95.00. I called a glass company (******************) and they charge $30.00 no matter what the size. And got me in right away. I do not understand how this company is still in business. A complete *** ****

      I went to the tent today for a chip repair. I overpaid because the fellow at the tent assured me that since I was a ****** Infinite plan on my phone that after "joining" I would receive $30 off my phone bill for three months, thus paying for the service. Then I find out from ****** that you can't be an existing customer. What????? You can tell this is a bad company because they never even respond to this.
