      I tried to book wheelchair assistance for my 89-year old senior mother. I was not able to do this at the time the ticket was purchased as Flair's website was having technical issues, so I ended up purchasing it through Expedia. Unfortunately, there was no option to make this request in Expedia. The ticket was purchased 3 days before the flight. and apparently, Flair has a policy that requires passengers to make this kind of request 72 hours before their flight. When I contacted Flair's customer services, to request this services, they refused to do it as I was past my 72 hours deadline. It was definitely disappointing to hear this. I agree that I should have read the fine prints had that been made available but unfortunately it wasn't. And to add more to this aggravation for the lack of customer service, the customer service agent rudely ends the chat without even asking if there is anything else she can help with!!!!! She could have help me book the wheelchair assistance for the return flight. I have flown with discount airlines many, many times in the past but NEVER, have I encountered such lack of customer service and felt SO MUCH frustration as I had with Fiair Airlines. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS AIRLINE. THE MONEY YOU SAVED IS NOT WORTH THE AGGREVATION THEY ARE SO WILLINGLY TO GIVE YOU FOR FREE.
