      From start to finish the incompetence and disregard for customer service & experience from ******************** has been infuriating. They moved our flight 12 hours back from 10:00am to 10:50 pm two weeks before we left. But since it's the only airline going to our destination and they were only offering this time for the entire week we had no choice but to stick with it. Their app does not work - never displays trip details and none of the options displayed ever actually work. It offers check-in, but when clicked says it's not available - the whole process took an hour when it should take 10 minutes. When at the airport their text message notifications kept sending us to the WRONG GATE multiple times. The app again does not provide any information. I followed up with flair after the trip to complain about the 12 hour flight and despite repeating myself in 4 different emails (it was in the subject line as well), they never responded to my actual message and instead kept reiterating that the additional 1 hour delay on the day of travel doesn't qualify for any compensation before it's less than 3 hours delay - which was never what i was emailing about. You would think that a customer service department should actually read the emails from their customers before replying. If you're flying for any amount of time over an hour, maybe two, never use this airline. If you do, be prepared for poor communication, changing times, cancellations, discomfort, and a lack of any competent assistance. With the extra charges required for baggage and seat selection, the amount saved by using flair was negligible and certainly did not make it worth it.

      By far the worst airline. I am a family member of a pilot for flair and I will NEVER travel with flair again due to their rude and disorganized flop of a company. Our flight on the way to Our destination couldnt decide what check out counter to use at **********************. They couldnt find my ticket even though it was a confirmed booking through my family member. It got to the point of where I needed to call this family member to see if they could call someone to get them to actually do their job so I wouldnt miss my flight. Once they were able to motivate an employee to actually do their job I had to have an ****** through the airport to make my flight on time. Fast forward a few days. Our flight to return is changed four times in one day. From 7:40pm to 1:40am the following day to 3am then back to 1:40, then to 1:45. I received multiple emails saying I was checked in and not checked in. When arriving to the airport once we had finally figured out when the flight is actually we had to be charged for our carry on. We were pretty shocked that they would do this after jerking everyone on this flight around all day. Since we were delayed so many hours as per traveling bi-laws we were supposed to be entitled to 1800$ to compensate for our lost time and the hassle. When asking flair they said this will not be happening. This is illegal and shows that this company lacks the ******* to become anything more than the low level rip off artists that they continue to be. I urge you to avoid this company at all costs

      Followed all instructions. At the airport on time. Told to get out of the correct line and stand in the baggage line. Waited an hour. Left line to discuss the issue with Flair employee. Instructed there was no need to be in the line. Went to backed up security. Went to the gate, not listed on my boarding pass. Plane left. Worst airline ever. Saying a lot considering they compete with Air ******.

      Flair airlines Worst Airline ever dont ever make a mistake of booking with them any mistake they dont refund you the staff they are very rude they couldnt allow us to take our flight instead they told us to take a train or bus and they refuse to refund my money

      My family trip was ruined thanks to Flair and other 25 people forced out of the premises from gate the plane was still there. bullies their people Flair unprofessional and totally out of respect.

      I tried to check in over 7 times with correct flight ID and password to fly home to ******* from ******** and was told my name was not to be found. The customer support for my situation was not available and the website kept showing errors. I ended up buying a flight with Air ****** and will have to fight for a refund despite having copies of chat with Expedia and Flair page saying I was not on their flight roster. The worst experience ever. I had 2 days to visit with my 100 year old mother and had to spend half of the second day trying to find out if I could get home to Halifax the next day. Stressful, frustrating and time taken away from visiting which was the sole purpose of flying to ********. No answer at tgeir call center either.Anyone else want to take legal a tion?

      I would not recommend this to anyone ****************** hung up on me twice because they could not give me a clear answer to if the flight that I was scheduled to take was still going ..lots of hidden cost asked if I can get a window seat when checking in .they said it will cost extra .One checked in bag cost $60 .Flight delayed 3 times , 1hr increments at a time .The flight crew where oblivious to the fact the flight was delayed by 3hrs no mention of it . They won't even offer you water to drink .if you wanted anything you had to pay for it ..Great lack of organization ..Never again I would pay more to travel on a deferent airline .

      Horrible experience. Flight was delayed twice. I also needed to reschedule due to Covid. I tried desperately to get a hold of a live person to ask some questions but only got automatic responses back via email snd the chatbox. Had to pay $614 in air fare fee difference, even though I had travel flex (thats more than the original round trip ticket price for myself and my child)

      Despite booking a ticket, they provide you no ways to track or monitor the flights. I crossed the border into ****** to catch a flight from ********** and had to learn my flight was cancelled from the reader board, despite receiving an automated text from Flair an hour before. There were no Flair employees at the airport to speak with.No customer service chat, I tried to wait on the phone but was disconnected after 5 minutes on hold three separate times.

      Lots of hidden fees and no customer service. Definitely feel taken advantage of.
