    I had just a terrible experience with ******* ***** and would not recommend dealing with the dealership. From ***** the sales representative, to the Finance Manager, to the Sales **. They were all awful to deal with. I have never been treated so dishonourable by any type of sales team. They upped the listed price twice in the 2 days I was trying to purchase the vehicle and was trying to force me to finance and lying about penalties with early payouts. ***** the salesman asked for a deposit to hold the vehicle, which I agreed to over the phone but they sold the vehicle anyway even though we all had an understanding that I had a deposit on the vehicle. Thats how untrustworthy and dishonourable they are. They claim they need to finance all purchases bc of ********** activities, which is another lie! Its not like I came in with $60k in cash. Transactions would have been through banks. So I dont believe that for a second. ******* ***** Im sure gets kick back with the car loans. But the kicker is that the finance manager was just terrible to deal with. She rambled off a few numbers and absolutely refused to give me any numbers I was asking for such as basic number about the term and payments. At closing time, we all agreed that we would think things over and deal with the financing to next day. I mentioned before we left the dealership that we had a deposit on the vehicle but like I said, the next day they sold the vehicle without even a phone call or text before hand. I tried calling the **, but of course, he has not called me back. Im guessing they dont want to hear about how terrible their team treats their costumers. Thats just a terrible way to do business. I for one would never want to do business with a dealership that has acts so dishonorablely, even for a used car dealership.

    They sold me a $36,000 pick up that had a dent in the front bumper. They were gonna fix the dent in the front bumper which is nice of them, but of course they had to keep my truck for eight days in order to do so, and I couldnt do that so three months later, the bumper still isnt fixed because I dont have a week to give it back to them to fix one bumper And of course after my third trip, the starting motor went and they charged me $300 to work around mud ( not wash the truck) and $100 for warranty work to fix it even though I just pay for a $5000 warranty and I had the truck for less than three months

    The staff was so friendly. Took our deposit and shook our hand and said congratulations you have been approved for the truck. After 2 days of phone calls and getting them documents they say sorry. We can get you into a SUV. Well you just told me we were approved!!!! You should not of told us we were approved before you knew for sure. They were quick to take our deposit though.

    These people are pushy as h*** Call non stop text bon stop. Asking for ID and pays tubs when I never even said yes to a vehicle. Predatory. Block them and they call from different numbers. Disgusting.

    Bought a used Chevrolet Bolt and they overcharged me close to $7000 dollars in extras I didnt want. Found out 4 months later what had happened. Got the $7000 but not the extra interest I paid on the $7000. Requested to have the $1150 in interest paid to myself. What happened next was that they informed me that if I stepped onto their premises that the police would be called. For a high level dealership you would expect a higher level of service. The individuals that I had to deal with were ************ and *****************************. I have never had a worse car buying experience. You should buy somewhere else is my only suggestion

    Worst company to Ever Exist they are crooks go somewhere else ! They get you into a six year lease and after a year of having it , the engine seized and stalled in the middle of a major highway. My car dead after one year of owning it and their solution is its unfortunately not our problem nothing we can do I could lose my job because o have no way in getting their . Overall disgusting humans that work here they know NOTHING. about costumer service . I have left in tears with how they treat women . I had to tel **** the sales manger to let me speak . If you are a womans be aware they will scam you !

    Absolutely horrified with go auto! Went to purchase a ****** vehicle thought we found what we wanted. Put a deposit down. Was told it was refundable. Hahahaha!!! The car was not satisfactory.Found another vehicle at a different GoAuto but the ***** GoAuto would not release the deposit to them. They would not refund it at all. Period!! Called *********** and was told the Vice President would take care of it. Never even heard from any thing. What a crooked company! Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this crooked operation ! Especially ****** GoAuto.

    Where do I start! Its very evident that they monopolize the industry as they have very little regard to following the law on "all in" pricing - which was what the sales manager at Go Auto South stated when we first entered the showroom. "The price advertised plus GST is the law" according to *****. I have pictures of the original ad with a copy of the offer to purchase with a different price to include the additional add-on items we stated we DID NOT want!As this is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from Go Auto over the past 5 years we are familiar with their sales tactics. It seems every purchase has an issue with intense sales pressure for the extras on what is supposed to be "all in pricing". We have had debates and out right arguments on extras added on the final invoice - even told it was a condition of purchase and/or financing approval. Every time I have researched the validity of their sales statements and EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY ARE UNTRUE. We are forced to take additional protections/coverage and I have always exercised my consumer right to cancel in the allotted time frame after purchase. Again while purchasing our 4th vehicle 2 weeks ago we were FORCED INTO PURCHASING the anti-theft for $699 plus tax. They even attempted to write it as other items on the bill, again deceitful intentions. When attempting to cancel the protection and get our refund this time (like previous cars) we are told we can no longer cancel with the coverage provider and need to do it at the dealership. Well NO surprise, they have now completely changed their side of the story on informing us of the non-option to cancel when I stated dozens of times I am cancelling the minute we leave with the purchase agreement. Sad that car sales has such a bad reputation and GO AUTO definitely lives up to that statement.I would like to know how consumers are protected and how we exercise our rights. It's not about the amount its the principle on business practices and integrity!
