Sorry 1 star is too much for GoAuto I did business with them hey sold me a car at 57000$ plus taxes that is worth 50000$. The car had a broken front grill and all the passenger side was damaged and badly repaired and painted. They didn't declare it to me and omitted to mention it. They say the carfax is clean and they knew nothing about it and that they are not responsable. extremely disappointed to have done business with dishonest people and being a victim of a hidden defect. What a bad experience. They don't want to take the car back nor compensate me for the hidden defects nor fix what to need to be fixed properly. All they care about is my money now that they got it they don't care about the customer nor their reputation.I honestly and clearly got scammed by this business.

This is for the **************** GoAuto location. No words can express just how draining & devastating it has been dealing with this particular location. We would give no stars if possible. We were sold a lemon last September (now the whole engine has to be replaced, etc & it hasnt even been 8 months since we got ******** are still paying dearly for itwe tried everything to get our money back. Right down to emailing GoAutos President, calling *****, getting advice, etcId go into more details but theres no useplease be wise when and if you deal with them.

********************* a Go Auto dealership promotes the use of their online Trade In Evaluator which uses Canadian Black Book values. Using the evaluator results in receiving an email from the dealership providing a trade in low/high range. I was given a range of $47,000 - $51,000 for my vehicle (which other dealers stated was in excellent condition) but when I went to the dealership the offer given was in the mid $30,000s. The evaluator is misleading and should not be used as an advertising tool if it does not represent the dealers intentions.
