Disappointed n the service and tactics used by this company. We bought a brand new house 3 years ago and use our garage door normally. One of the springs broke and the company is telling us it will be a three week wait for service as they are all booked up, but if we would like to call the emergency line we can get prompt service for an extra fee. Then they said this isnt a warrantee issue and we would have to pay the full price. The emergency service for an extra fee offer to fix something that clearly was a faulty part to begin with is very disappointing seems like a slimy money-grab tactic. Why would I go back and pay full price for service from a company that clearly installed a garbage part in the first place?! A spring breaking at 3 years is not normal; we do not open and close our door 10 times a day 7 days a week. Very disappointing. Wouldnt recommend Creative Door Services Ltd.Creative Door Services Ltd

During business hours, we aim to schedule repair services at the earliest convenience. Our emergency line is specifically available for issues outside of business hours, which may carry additional fees given the after-hours nature of the service. We don't intentionally delay regular appointments to promote emergency services.Warranty Period: We understand the frustration that comes with facing issues outside of warranty. For clarity, our manufacturer's warranty is for a period of one year, and our service/repair period is 30 days. Based on our records, your garage door has surpassed both periods. While we strive to ensure the longevity and durability of our products, like all mechanical systems, wear and tear can occur over time.Commitment to Assistance: Despite the warranty timeline, we genuinely want to assist and help service your garage door. We're committed to finding a solution that aligns with both our policies and your satisfaction. Arrived on time. Finished promptly. Clearly explained all issues/problems and options for dealing with them. Very professional and personable staff. **** was right on time, and very knowledgeable. He did his best to stop my door from squeaking, but after 20 years, the hinges were shot. He recommended a new door which I will pursue with Creative Door. Have dealt with Creative for 15 yrs, and always pleased.Creative Door Services Ltd
