************** had Creative Door install a new door opener and service the existing door which was installed in 2006. The tech, ****, was on time and very professional. We discussed what service needed to be done to the door and the installation of the opener. My questions were answered courteously and his questions were straight forward and clear. The technician did a very good job and in a lot less time than I expected. He even came early. He also did more than he needed to by making sure my garage door open and closed properly. I will definitely use Creative Door again, if needed.Creative Door Services Ltd

I purchased a custom garage door from Creative Door ******** in June 2021, and it was finally installed almost 2 years later in May 2023. The initial install was December 2021. At this time the glass inserts were missing in the top panel section. Creative Door's solution was to replace the defective Mocha colored top panel section with a Grey panel section. For 6 months, I had a garage door with 2 different colors. The 2nd install attempt was in June 2022, but the wrong glass inserts were in the top panel section. At the 3rd install, which was booked in November 2022, the top panel section, including the glass, had multiple scratches/ defects. After almost 2 years of waiting and contacting the ************************** of ******** for advice, the 4th attempt at an install was successful with an undamaged product.I felt there was a lack of accountability, and transparency with this company, and the customer service was poor. I consider myself to be a fair and reasonable person, but as a consumer I cannot recommend this company.Creative Door Services Ltd

Booked my appointment with **** & was able to have the work completed within a few days.Had a Genie 6170H wall mount door opener installed to replace my old ***** ****** unit. **** was the service tech; his ********************** were top notch. He installed the device & set up all the operating parameters, then lubricated the door & function tested it. He also lubricated my other garage door. All of the packaging & old components were removed & the area was left in a tidy state.I will definitely use Creative Door again.Creative Door Services Ltd

I have used Creative Door as far back as my days in ****************, now here in Calgary --- 3 times, most recently to replace the garage overhead door springs. Technician ***** attended the service call. He did a great job, gave me a few suggestions, and addressed my concern about the final adjustment of the door.
