5 starsWe had a great experience with Creative Door Services. We were able to set up an appointment within one week of the garage door jam. The repair was done in under an hour as parts were readily available and directly supplied by the company during our service. We were pleased with the relatively low cost to repair the cables/drum and a metal plate which was bent out of shape, holding the top wheel to the panel on the left side of our garage door. The mechanic servicing our garage was efficient, professional and transparent in the work that needed done. I would highly recommend Creative Door to anyone experiencing an emergency situation or requiring efficient repair service.Review fromMARILYN B

My appointment was set up only several days away when I called, the technician arrived on time and he brought 3 samples of weather stripping for me to choose from for my garage door opening. 5 starsVery efficient service tech and prompt service provided. Due to some staffing issues, there is a bit of a wait, but not too long.I needed a replacement enclosed spring as the existing one had partially failed. I was recommended to avoid using the garage door opener as the partial spring could totally fail, so my vehicle was outside as I awaited service. **** was quick to make the repair and explained my situation so I am aware of when things might go awry again. I would use them again and definitely recommend their service.
