      Installers were not as careful with their garbage.. blades... tubes... silicon trails on wood... the final finishing was nothing to write home about. The biggest issue was the waiting extra 12 weeks and rebookings(3) Product itself is good but they are very expensive.

      Order take way too long. Installers were not as careful as they should be. Products are good, they need to tell customers the real waiting time. When I signed the contract they said 8 weeks, but we waited 16 weeks.

      Great job Canglow. I would like to thank your whole team. The manager **** was very professional and courteous. We were shown all the samples and contract terms before we purchased. ****** and his team installed our new windows quickly and stress free. Would recommend!

      We decided to start with replacing the windows on the main floor of our house, and then we plan to order basement windows. We spent almost 3 months choosing the window company we wanted to go with and decided on Canglow. We liked their approach from the beginning when we called their office to get a cost estimate. Most companies would give us an appointment in 2-3 weeks, conditioning that they were very busy. Canglow's manager came to see us in 3 days, showed us samples of windows and sent us an estimate for our project the same day. Great customer service and professional approach!

      We ordered 15 windows and 2 doors from Canglow 3 months ago and had them successfully installed today. I would like to say that the whole process was very easy and straightforward. The manager helped us to choose the windows and doors according to the style and our wishes. We were pleased with the discount on the entire order, which helped us save over $5000. The installation was quick enough. In a full day everything was already installed. The quality of the doors and windows are gorgeous and look amazing! I highly recommend this company!

      This is the second time we have had to deal with window replacement. The first time was 10 years ago in our previous home. But we had a negative experience with the company that sold us the windows. There was a big delay in our order and then we couldn't get service from them. This time we went with Canglow. Right away I want to note that they do not have the lowest price (we took 5 quotes from local companies), but I think they are worth it. They delivered my order and installed it very quickly. I love the way they did the finish! It looks neat and professional. You can tell when a team works for quality! Would recommend!!!

Special thanks for helping to sort out the government funding program. It turned out to be very simple. I was given government funding and a company discount on my new windows!
