  Canglow was chosen for our window and door orders. We checked out the competition by reading reviews and comparing prices. Because of the criticisms, we were hesitant to try it out. Still, their manager's presentation was impressive. As it turns out, our judgment in picking them was correct. Very much on schedule, the windows showed up. There has been a delay of two days in all of the events. Even so, this was still a significant improvement over the months we were told it would take by other businesses. The set up went well and without a hitch. All the windows and doors were installed in one day by two young guys. After clearing up the mess, they wished us well and left. The windows looked to be of high quality. Come winter, we'll know for sure. The whole total of my experience with them was entirely positive. This place has it all: high quality service, knowledgeable employees, and a pleasant experience overall. Now you have my endorsement for Canglow!

  We ordered windows from Canglow five years ago when we lived in *************. Now we have moved to ******** and this is the second time we have gone to Canglow. There were no problems the last time. This time they did a good job too. What makes me especially happy is that they are always responsive and quick to respond to my requests.

  Ordered windows and doors from this company, we have issues with the windows as the seals have broken already and moisture is in between the panes of glass. I have been trying unsuccessfully for a year to get this resolved.I have called and emailed about 20 times and have been fobbed off So much for a 10 yr warranty!

  Very disorganized. I needed to ask for written communication for them to actually do something for me. ****** promises were never followed through with.Poor communication - they delayed the installation, then cancelled another 4 times on me. Once they didn't even bother telling me they were cancelling - they just didn't show up.Installation issues - they put a s**** through the frame so it went through the *** molding inside the glass. Their fix was to cut the s**** and caulk over it. Doesn't look very professional.Product - I'm happy with the actual windows. It's just the installer I have issues with.Will not call them again for next batch of windows.

  Good day.************************* has purchased windows from us back in July 2021. Delays were caused due to short supply chain issues, that were not under our control. We did everything we possibly could for ******, and till this day we are still compromising and working with ******. ****** has also required from us his Windows stickers because a year later he has decided to apply for REBATE program. When a customer wishes to apply for REBATE ***** he needs to inform his sales person, so sales can write the contract properly and accordingly to rebate requirements. ****** did not inform sales about this. Now he is requesting new stickers, which we did print out again and will send them out ASAP to ******. We are working and cooperating with ******, and still are trying to resolve his issues.   We ordered windows and doors from Canglow.We read reviews and compared them with other window companies. To be honest, we had our doubts because of some negative reviews. But we really liked the presentation by their manager. We chose them and we were right.The windows arrived almost on time. Everything is two days later than the specified time. But even that was a few weeks faster than what we were told by other companies. We didn't have any problems with the installation. Two young men came and put all the windows and doors in 1 day. They cleaned up the mess and wished us a good day. The quality of the windows seemed great to me. We will see how it will be in the winter.I can write that they completely lived up to my expectations. Great service, excellent quality and courteous staff. I recommend Canglow to you too!

  Having an issue with a door they installed. The door is separating at the bottom which is causing the weather strip to break apart. Have called them several times in the last 2 weeks and no one has called me back. They obviously dont honor their 10 year warranty. The worst company to deal with.

  First of all, they messaged me for my phone number, whereas I had already called them.Quite disorganized. A guy came out to measure and to give me an estimate, and told me he would send me the quote. He did not email me or call me. But I got a message that they "attempted" to call me, even though they had my number. I called twice and busy....so the phones are not too well manned. They also told me that they had sent the info that I had called, but no phone call or email. He has all of my info to contact me but chose not to. How can one trust a company with all of this?
