      We bought a house in ************** last year. The windows in this house were s**** windows but they were 13 years old and they were blowing out a lot. This winter they were completely iced over and we decided to replace them with new ones. We took 6 quotes from different Edmonton window companies and decided to go with Canglow. Our decision was influenced by the price (it wasn't the lowest, but definitely not the highest like from several other companies), as well as the sales manager's presentation. At the meeting, he showed samples of their windows, explained the difference between the panes (we chose triple pane) and helped us with the paperwork. We received an excellent discount on our order and support from the government. A week ago we received our new windows and installation in 1 day. We enjoyed the whole process very much and are happy with the result. From myself, I would like to recommend Canglow as a reliable company!

      Choosing Canglow to replace our old, drafty windows was one of the best decisions weve made for our home. From start to finish, the service was impeccable. The sales team was friendly and provided detailed explanations about the different types of windows and their benefits. Once we made our selection, the installation was scheduled promptly.       I don't usually write reviews. But this time I want to share my experience with Canglow. They installed our windows in 2022 and the windows survived the frost in January 2023 quite well. But in 2024 1 of the windows started to freeze. I called Canglow office and they sent a service guy. He quickly fixed the problem window within a couple hours. In February we had freezing temperatures down to -30 and no problems with the windows! Another important thing is that they didn't charge me any money! This is nice! Excellent service and quick response to customers! Recommended!

      Ordered windows from Canglow earlier this year - sales rep was very helpful and clear of the timelines for delivery and installation. Prices were very reasonable. Installation was quick and professional, windows look great! The receptionist was very helpful as well and gave us updates along the way. Would recommend!

      Canglow windows and doors installed doors and windows to our place but forgot to give me a Energy Star stickers for my door. I called them several times and told me that their doors dont get a sticker because its not tested in the factory. But before i buy the doors and windows to them they told me that their doors and windows are Energy Star Certified and will qualify for the greener home *********** They are even advertising it in public and online. These people are lying to get sales even their products are not qualified. I keep calling them several times but still not helping me, i turning like a ping pong ball between sales rep and the main office. I dont recommend this company at all because of this incident unless they gave me the stickers that i need for my doors. PLEASE BE AWARE.

      We went to Canglow for a cost estimate on replacing the windows in our house. We really liked the attitude of the manager, who explained all the details and helped us choose the right windows and financing options for us. We ordered 12 windows and 2 exit doors at once and were completely satisfied with our choice of company. I recommend Canglow to all my friends.

      It's a great team and a decent product!!!!What's surprising is that the process is set up on all levels. Managers know their job 100% and installers clearly work for more than a year. We would like to order a couple more doors from Canglow. Last time we didn't meet our budget)))))"

      I never thought that choosing a front door would be such a difficult process. Such an abundance of options on the market and such questionable quality from many companies. And what can you understand from a picture in a catalog?I came to the Canglow showroom. There I was shown every bolt on their doors. That's what I understand - that's quality!As I understand it, they have their own production. What can I say, well done!
