    First transaction. Prompt delivery. Reasonable price. Fine business. Internet communication was somewhat confused however. Once the payment has been authorized, all the customer needs is a tracking number along with clear online procedure. Having to check the status of purchase and shipment by email feels clumsy.

    Order and paid for a product 3 months ago still no order requested a refund and they withhold 5 to 25 restocking fee when can't get the product.. STAY WAY THERE ARE RIPOFF

    I was looking for In channel vent visors for my 2023 **** maverick could not find them anywhere found a website for Truck Part Superstore and had them in less than a week very happy very impressed thanks guys I appreciate it.     Truck Parts Superstore has the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. I ordered a fuel transfer tank tool chest combo a few months back and after having a bad experience I left a review. The tool chest arrived damaged and the owner ***** threatened not to help me unless I removed the review. I have email proof of the threatening message that was left for me. I would strongly recommend not to deal with these people and shop else where.

    This item was delivered ********** pallet freight which requires a signature for delivery. Our records show that this item was signed for in good order by "******", but you later determined there was damage. This damage must be claimed by the recipient with *******************. We will not be taking further action unless a freight claim is submitted with the carrier as requested and required by them... but since it's now been 5 months that you've spent roaming around the internet writing bad reviews, instead of making a simple freight claim with D&R, it's probably too late for them to look into this.I just checked in with our freight broker to see what the claim status was and received the following ***************** tried few times to get a hold of him and asked him for pics of actual damage that just broken box. He said he installed it and using it. Not sure what more can we do on this"There are some people in this world that just do not want to be helped, but would rather travel the internet going "woe is me, this business is trash" before even giving a business a change to figure things out and you are one of those people, sir. *** catch a lot more flies with honey than with... you know the rest.

    I recently had an unfortunate experience with Truck Part Superstore that left me quite disappointed. On Friday, of the Black Friday sale, I jumped at what seemed like a great deal on a Borla exhaust system, having kept my eye on it for months. Truck Part Superstore offered a price that was $70 less than the closest competition, making them an easy choice.To my dismay, I received a cancellation notice the following Tuesday after Black Friday (once all the sales were over), citing a pricing error. The explanation referenced their right to make corrections due to a "substantial loss of profit," as outlined in their terms and conditions. While I understand that businesses face challenges, the handling of this situation felt lacking in customer consideration. I was informed that I could still purchase the item, as it was still on sale, at the revised price which was now close to $300 more.Coming from a service industry background, I'm used to businesses taking responsibility for their errors and prioritizing customer satisfaction (the cost of doing business). In this case, it seems the entire burden of the mistake fell on the customer.Unfortunately, this cancellation meant me missing out on other Black Friday deals offered by competitors. I now find myself waiting for the next big sale to proceed with my purchase. Looking at other dealers, specifically those endorsed by ***** in ******, seems to be the way to go next time.I hope this review provides constructive feedback. Businesses can navigate challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction, and I hope ********************** considers this in their approach.

    As you mentioned, everything here was a series of unfortunate events as the pricing you saw was outdated. As has been the case for the past few years, we saw a substantial price increase from this manufacturer on this item that we weren't expecting when we went to backorder it for you. When it comes to lower value items, we do our best to make up the difference while not taking a bath, but in this case we're talking about a nearly $3K item and we were facing a loss of over $600 and unfortunately I had to pull the pin on that. While I am sorry that this happened to you, these errors sometimes happen with large catalogs and large order volume and a seemingly never-ending storm of price increases from manufacturers and with such slim margins on these products (< 7% after credit card fees) we just can't take something this big on the chin without jeopardizing our future in the business.
