    Overall a negative experience, the first shipment arrived quickly and on time with one item back ordered, which was not supposed to be but it did arrive as promised, and then the negative.The fitment on one part was incorrect, when I contacted TPS I was advised that I should not trust the fitment on the website and should call and cross reference everything, seriously?? It is like they said lets not do anything Amazon does, I saved the email as a classic example of how not to do business.The company address as listed is a dead drop with no apparent storefront and returns are sent to a different business name all and all not worth the trouble of dealing with, there are a lot of other vendors available. *******************************************************

    You are correct in stating that when using a self-serve website, you are 100% responsible for confirming an item fits on your vehicle. We can only help you when asked PRIOR to purchase. We do drop-ship from some partner locations when it makes sense, yes. Since you are in ON, it wouldn't make a lot of sense for us to bring something into AB from ON just to ship it back to you. The delay in time would be extensive, and the cost would be significantly more.

    Worst costumer service in the world. Says thats parts are in stock when they're drop shipping. No answer to the phone or emails. Unfrequent and stupid answers via text followed by downright outrageous survey which asks no question of substance which explains why they have good "reviews" on their website. Their prices are really not that good, combined with slow shipping and really, really bad costumer service, this would be a zero star if i could. The worst costumer experience I've ever had on the internet.

    Unfortunately local inventory was depleted for the item you ordered, so it had to be transferred in from our US partner. The items got stuck at customs due to a missed bit of paperwork which extended delivery further than we would have liked, so I apologize for that. Regarding your inquiries, I see that we received an SMS message from you which we responded to stating the item was clearing customs. I see a chat inquiry that was submitted from a different email than the one you purchased with, so we asked your order information and did not receive a response. Last, I see another SMS inquiry where, despite being previously advised 2x that subsequent messages will move your ticket back to the bottom of our helpdesk queue, you still sent 3 subsequent messages. Once this ticket reached the top of our queue, we advised that your order was shipped and provided tracking information. All in all, I understand the frustration with the delays, but I have a hard time finding an issue with the service provided to you by the helpdesk. Questions were answered as promptly as they could be.

    Kooks is an extremely low volume product line, which most often times is ordered with inbound freight for customers that are in a hurry. Your cancellation would be subject to a 5% restocking fee at this point, or you can take a 100% store credit for a different item. Further outlined below:Cancellations on any backordered or special order item within 90 days from date of purchase for any reason WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND ($10.00 Minimum) to recover the costs of unplanned surplus inventory, administration costs, and credit card transaction fees. Orders cancelled outside of 90 days from date of purchase for any reason will be subject to a 5% restocking fee to recover administration costs and credit card transaction fees. Alternatively, we can offer a store credit for the full amount and/or apply this amount toward an alternative item. Special order items cannot be cancelled whatsoever if they have shipped from the manufacturer and are inbound to TPS.

    READ THIS REVIEW!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES!! I have never had such an infuriating experience with a business. After reading the overwhelming amount of 1 star reviews, it seems the same narrative is in play. They have a borderline fraudulent cancellation and return policy and a complete and utter lack of accountability, ethics, or morals. They have THE most comprehensive and punitive return and refund policy in place to support their unethical business practices. No brick and mortar store would ever exercise this type of policy as customers would have a physical location to revolt. The Owner Shane H. is a ************* *** ******** *********** who hides behind his computer and online store and wont even pick up the phone. They have a "contact" number that rings and then auto-directs to a "high call volume" which is a load of **, I've called it more than 10 times, the minute they open, mid-day etc and its the same thing. They only correspond via email as its conducive to their way of response; conjuring up lies and deceit while holding customers accountable to their outrageous return and refund policy. When I purchased my products, their website listed NOTHING under "lead times". After inquiring about when my product was going to ship, I was told it was a special "backorder product". If you read other reviews this is a common theme with Shane and his business, they claim the website showed their products as "backordered, or special order" when it shows the customer nothing, and then they use their return policy to hit you with a 25% restocking fee for items they DONT EVEN HAVE IN STOCK and are 6-8 weeks away, it is absolutely outrageous. Shane proceeded to respond to me suggesting that I "photoshopped" my screenshot to him.

    We provided a plethora of evidence that showed the item was not in stock at the time of order as indicated in two separate places on the product page and double-checked via our inventory history report. As such, your cancellation would be subject to a restocking fee to compensate for lost transaction fees, time, and unplanned surplus inventory since these were ordered in specifically for you and are non-stocking. If you don't like that, don't order parts that aren't in stock and attempt to cancel shortly after and we wouldn't have to waste either of our time or money. I'll close by quoting an excerpt from my previous communications with you, which I will add you were unable to produce:"I'll tell ya what - if you can show me where on our website the product says that it is in-stock and ready to ship with *X*-day lead time (as all our in-stock products do), I'll refund the full balance. I've yet to see anything you've shown that says the item is in-stock and ready to ship... anywhere in this conversation."

    I ordered fender flares for my truck.started to get ready to install and find it missing the install clips .So I called the manufacturer and they don't make the same ones so they don't have the clips. So I contact them to do a return aspersions manufacturer recommended and here nothing back. Email them again and they send a link for return I filled it out wait a week email them they say they have no return on file I've now filled out 5 return links still have not heard anything back so basically money down the drain

    I reviewed our helpdesk history and it appears that we provided you with instructions on how to submit a product return, where it was explained that a physical return may not be required but we do require the form be submitted for the sake of traceability on the warranty claim. These instructions were provided to you on Feb 21 and March 2nd. We did not receive your submission until March 2nd. We responded to this request stating that the hardware kit is not discontinued, but rather out of stock with the manufacturer. They are sending you a new kit free of charge.

    Bought jan 5 and Still do not have the clips to install and they won't return unless I pay shipping both ways at ****** each way. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with stay away
