    Returns are horrible website stated 3-5 days took 17 for a request to return to be sent back , additional 30 days to be credited the funds after items received by them . 60 days start to finish , restocking charge , no parts , still unfinished vehicle , have to reorder and winter is coming , going elsewhere next time

    As outlined when you acknowledged you ordered the wrong parts... Returns are typically processed in 3-5 business days. Once the package has been delivered, please allow **** business days for returns to be received and inspected. In this case, the items were delivered where goods are received rather than to the returns ***** so unfortunately it took about 3x long as it should have. I apologize for that. Since this return was due to order error by you, of course the shipping costs were deducted as outlined in our refund policy. We do the best to be as efficient as possible with returns, but it does take time and things don't always go 100% as we'd expect. The best recourse to avoid this would be to ensure you are ordering the correct parts right off the hop! It's up to you to do your research prior to purchase.

    Won't ever deal with this company they sold a pair of shocks that claimed the bottom mounts were loop and the tops were studs. I got 2 shocks that have studs on top and bottom. I showed them their page that had the information and sent a picture of the shock in my hand. They then said the return policy is only 30 days. There exact word were that's on you dude. Stick to a grown up company like summit or equivalent.

    Unfortunately our return policy is only valid for 30 days from delivery, which is ample time to determine whether the products ordered are correct or not, regardless of who is at fault. In this case, based on the information I have, we shipped the exact skus that you ordered. All confirmation of fitment is 100% on you when using a self-serve website without asking for assistance from our team.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE *******  I did ****** search for a timing tab and this is what came up: ************************************************ ***** Engine Timing Tab Chrome Fits Small *********** Using 7 Inch Balancer Made from High-Quality Steel and Chrome Plated. Sold Individually.$18.69 ?In stock You will notice that it says "In Stock"!!! After waiting forever with no tracking number I finally emailed them and asked when would I receive my part. Their response was it was out of stock and backordered and i would get it in 6 -8 weeks. i said why does it say in stock. i would have ordered elsewhere if i knew it was out of stock. So i asked for a refund. Same old story many have reported...its a special item and will require a 25% restocking fee. i told them my feedback would reflect the way they handle my order and they didn't care one iota. They are more interested in getting their 25% illegal money from their customers. They are a bunch of crooks. I can't beleive people order from them. I wish i had of checked these reviews before I ordered. They claim the website showed their products as "backordered, or special order" when it actually showed as "IN STOCK" , and then they use their return policy to hit you with a 25% restocking fee for items they say IS NOT IN STOCK and are 6-8 weeks away, it is absolutely outrageous. Bunch of *******. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS.

    The excerpt you shared is from a ****** search landing page, not our website. ****** may show products as 'in-stock' on any website anywhere at any time without actually knowing the inventory status. We don't share inventory info with ****** and to the best of my knowledge no one does - ****** makes assumptions based on whether or not an item is available for purchase, pre-order, backorder, etc. Our website showed "Please Contact for Availability" and did not show an ETA for delivery on the product page at the time of your order, which would be reflected on your invoice if an ETA was available. The item you ordered is special-order, non-stocking, which we would've been happy to tell you prior to ordering if you had contacted us for availability as requested. Since you did not and chose to purchase blindly instead, the item was automatically backordered. As such, a cancellation on a backordered item inside of 90 days is subject to a 25% restocking fee since we are now stuck with this special-order, non-stocking unicorn item once it arrives. Best part of this whole review is this was over $5.28. Everything about our website is quite transparent but if you don't read or choose to ignore the prompts I'm not sure how else we can help you. Cancellations cost us a substantial amount of money and unfortunately we must relay a small portion of those costs to our customers when a reasonable amount of time has not transpired for a backorder to come in.
