Receiving daily robo calls from cvb. I am under protection registered with the ********** ** *******. All claims have been submitted and notified and proposal was accepted August 2022. Therefore it is ******* for this company to call my phone number from the 20 plus numbers they use. If it continues legal action will be taken against this company at their expense for disobeying the ********** ***** *** **** *** ********** ** ***********. They have all been robo calls, no one is on the other end. They call daily from many different numbers. when i do the search, it always come up CVB. * **** *** * ****** ** ******* ** *** **** ********** ***** ******** **** **** *** ***** **** **** **** **** ** **** **** ** ***** **** CVB needs to update their records before calling people. Not sure if they are asking for me or my son ho is also on a ******** ******** or if they are for old debts that have been resolved over 10 years ago. Just want to to tell them to take my phone number off their calling list as they are not allowed to call my number any more. ** ** ********** ******* ********** ***. Thank youBusiness Response

We are unclear how CBV would know the complainant, or her son, is under a Consumer Proposal if there has been no contact at the telephone number. CBV agents are unable to progress accounts responsibly with no information.

This business calls me multiple times a day from multiple numbers. I do not have any outstanding debt, and I have never been sent any formal letters detailing this supposed debt they keep calling about. CBV is attempting to contact a Brianne Ducharme with respect to multiple matters in our office. We believe in good faith our attempts are to the correct party. It is not uncommon for consumers to have name changes or use a shortened or more common first name. Simply because a consumer does not use the name they enter on a credit agreement in their everyday life does not absolve them of their obligations.

This company keeps calling me for the last six months. At first it was every few weeks. Now, since June is it everyday or second day. I told a few different agents last year that I am not ******* ********, the person they are calling for. I requested to have my phone number removed from this lady's profile. Obviously, nothing was ever changed. Now all the calls are robotic still stating they are calling for ******* ******** who owes them something. I am tired of having voicemails left by CBV Collections Services everyday now, just to keep deleting them. Why ******* the wrong individual until no end. This is unacceptable. Being contacted from CBV collections for ****** mobile. That bill was from when I was ** and it was paid in full many years ago. I am not paying for a bill that was paid already many many years ago. I does not show up on my credit report.. the calls and *********** needs to stopBusiness Response

Cbv collection services has been contacting me through my work email address for months over monies they ***** I owe to an energy company in Alberta.
I was not residing in the residence when the alleged charges were incurred.
They are continually ********* me through my employer, which could lead to me being reprimanded.

I requested CBV stop sending emails to my work email address because i could face disciplinary actions from my employer.It is not the first time I requested these actions to stop.3. In 2010 I had an account with ***** that got into collections. In 2011 the account was part of a consumer proposal and paid off. CVB collection put the account in collection again in 2012 . I disputed the account with BBB ******* *** ***** ***** in 2017 and received a letter from CVB that the account was closed.
Now they are trying to collect again!
I submitted all the information to them on June 24 , 2022 including the letter from them. They are still continue to harass me on the phone regarding the debt.
I want them to stop calling me and I don’t want them to put anything in my credit score.
They even had the wrong account number.
When I ask for the account number was shorter then the original one but very similar.
