    Their app/site messed up. We never got our food or a refund. They are scammers. We tried to talk to them through customer service but they didn't do anything at all except ignore what we were saying and repeated the same thing over and over. Extremely horrible experience with this app.

    On August 6, 2024, I bought 3 cups of drinks through the platform and paid $12.20. Upon receiving them, I discovered that the drinks were excessively sweetened, making them undrinkable and potentially harmful to my health. I promptly contacted Fantuan to address the issue and requested a refund. Unfortunately, Fantuan declined my request, citing the seller's refusal to cooperate. This experience raises concerns about the platform's lack of quality control and customer protection. As a result, I'm questioning the reliability of purchasing drinks through this platform. Since my complaint remains unresolved, I plan to escalate the matter to the BBB in search of a resolution.

    I paid 106$ for the order US403293617 for delivery from apandi bbq. Fantuan asked me to take the video showing I didnt receive the order and when I sent them video of my apt they refused to accept the video and asked the apt management to give me the surveillance video. Id like refund for the order I didnt receive If not Ill be escalating this matter legally

    I order through the app for pick up, however after less than a minute I notice it was the wrong shop in the wrong area. The app did not have a cancel ***** button so I call the shop right away during that minute to request cancel and they told me they already made my drinks within that minute, I been to that shop multiple times and had to wait 20 minutes or so for my drinks all the time. They lied about completing my drinks within that minute refuse to cancel refund my order. I spoke to the apps rep and they kept insisting they already finish and pack my order which is not even 3 minutes after I order from them. They refuse to cancel my order and refund. I cannot go there and pick it up I am at work in a complete different area there is no way for me to go pick up.

    I placed an order (US391972149) on 6/29/24. I ordered the bulgogi burger but I received a hamburger instead. The company refused to give me a refund even though the item I received looked nothing like what I ordered. The burger was a ***** instead of shredded beef, onions, and sauce as pictured on the menu. I contacted customer service and they refused to see the difference between the item and did not issue a refund.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent incident experienced with Fantuan Delivery, which has left me deeply dissatisfied and seeking resolution.On Sunday, March 10th, I utilized Fantuan Delivery to place an order for pickup from **************. The total amount of my order came to $17.54. However, upon arriving at the restaurant at the scheduled pickup time, I was informed by the staff that they had not received any orders matching mine. Despite providing proof of payment through Fantuan, I was unable to receive the food I had paid for. The restaurant staff advised me to contact Fantuan for further assistance.In accordance with their suggestion, I promptly reached out to Fantuan's customer service department at the provided number *************). Although the representative was able to locate my order within their system, I was informed that they were unable to process a refund at that time.Additionally, a friend of mine also encountered a similar issue with their order. They placed an order totaling $14.95 but did not receive their food either.This situation has caused significant inconvenience and frustration for both myself and my friend. Despite our best efforts to resolve the matter directly with Fantuan, we have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution.Given the circumstances, I am formally requesting intervention to address this matter and facilitate a prompt refund for the unfulfilled orders.     I called June dynasty the restaurant, and they told me to call for Fantuan. I sent two emails to their online complaint email and have not received a reply. Nobody seems to be able to help with this matter and it's a really bad experience to go through with them attached below a copy of the email that fully describe what they did. I also have photos showing that they dropped the bag of food in front of somebody else's house, not mine.
