      The 6 draw dresser was pretty easy to assemble. The company made things right when we discovered that the top of the dresser was cracked. A replacement was quickly shipped out free of charge. Cannot beat that service.

      Well, the picture of the furniture surely is misleading. Once it was put together it looked like it could be doll furniture for my daughter's doll babies! I had to spend extra money at another company to buy furniture risers so it can be higher

      WORSE than horrible AND abyssmal. >:( I ordered 3 simple bookcases from HomeSquare on 3/6/2023, and it took until 9:00 AM today, APRIL 27th, 2023 -- to FINALLY get all 3 bookshelves delivered !! HomeSquare subcontracted delivery first to a company called ************ *********, THEN, because ************************* completely messed up the order, HomeSquare had to switch the delivery carrier to a company called ********** -- causing the delay of final delivery A WHOLE EXTRA MONTH. Everything was supposed to be delivered by 3/27/2023 - but it took until 4/27/2023 !! *** ******** *************** ** ********** **** *** ****** ******* ********* ****** communication with them VERRY DIFFICULT. The furniture piece ************ was SUPPOSED to deliver on 3/25/2023 was even INCORRECT !! Instead of getting a certain furniture piece, I got a different one !! Thank heavens at least the piece of furniture they delivered was one I had ordered !! Communication between HomeSquare and ************ was HORRIBLE !! I called ************, and they told me to call HomeSquare -- I called HomeSquare, and they told me to call ************. WHAT A RUN-AROUND !! HORRIBLE !! Then, to end this MISERABLE experience -- FRAGILEPAK company sends 2 *********** delivery/furniture assembly employees that MIS-ASSEMBLED the last piece of furniture I ordered !! At least ************ sub-contracted employees correctly assembled THE WRONG piece of furniture they led me to believe I was getting delivered on 3/25/2023 !! The ********** sub-contracted employees ***** *** ***** ******* *** didn't even TRY to read the english printed assembly instructions !! On top of ALLLL THIS -- I still have to assemble one piece of delivered furniture myself -- THE ONLY THING DONE RIGHT on this whole FIASCO was HomeSquare used ************ correctly to deliver ONE PIECE of unassembled furniture on 3/13/2023. What a MESS -- I STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE to NOT purchase ANYTHING from HomeSquare -- THEY ARE TERRIBLE !!

      I received a followup call on June 8, 2023 from ******, a representative from Cymax, and we had a long discussion regarding my prior comment to the BBB regarding my overall service experience with Cymax, the parent ******* of ********** online furniture sales, and the delivery carriers of Metropolitan Warehouse, and FragilePak delivery *******. In addition to his apology, ****** (Cymax), offered a partial credit to be applied to my overall purchase price, and a commitment to further investigate the entire situation regarding the ordering process logistics, and the policies regarding all aspects of the delivery process : from hiring appropriate professional personnel to deliver, build, and install products, to improving communication with customers by requiring toll-free customer service phone numbers to be posted on all available internet content. This action by Cymax was greatly appreciated, however, my original complaint to the BBB will remain, and stand as a caution to all would-be customers.
